Melvin got right down to business, he knew exactly what I wanted, knew what kind of car I had and everything else I would have had to repeat 7 x to any other agent ‍ I expected my insurance seeking venture to be an all day ordeal but thankful to Melvin he basically got right down to business!! Unfortunately this was too good to be true. After confirming with Sabrina the start up and 1st month to a total of $239 I got another fee before the 1st month. She gave me the wrong information after verifying with her that this was the best option compared to a different broker. She then has the nerve to say "I don't recall having that conversation " the dealership that recommended using them explained to them a different broker was giving us a cheaper option. What's worse is that they use a robo-text system to incessantly contact you about their "great rates" and "new programs" If you do talk to these annoying salesmen then call them with a blocked number and don't ever give them your contact information. My agent/broker was dressed more professional than the "manager" (the dress couldn't get any shorter) Jesus Christ.... where do I even start guys?? For paying such a big broker fee or realistically (money thrown right into the trash) i should at least be getting help from my "agent/broker" and not be sent straight to customer service. This is by far the worst possible insurance broker to go through. There was a fee for everything, including payments on my policy. They don't know what it means to contact a customer properly if there are issues with payments. Everyone with a cell phone has a voicemail, use it, and leave a message with a call back number. I do it all the time at my job. And icing on the cake was being charged a cancellation fee even though my policy ends within a few weeks.
