Purchased $4 worth of items. Charged .50 cents to pay using ATM, no problem. Cashier did not offer to provide receipt or ask if I wanted one. Just tore it off and put it to the side. 4 hours later I get a robo call saying my name and bank saying I have possible fraudulent charge. I hang up and check my bank. Sure, I have an unauthorized withdraw of $83 from a citibank ATM in florida. My card is 4 months old. I have only withdrawn money from two ATMs besides my bank. I always cover my pin number. Problem with this A-Mart store is they have a huge IPAD decide that has huge numbers that you have to push in and am unable to cover your PIN number. I believe the entire ATM number is written on receipt when printed. They have cameras pointed directly at the ATM devise which can retrieve PIN numbers. An ATM card can easily be cloned if you know how. youtube has many videos showing it. I do not know if these cashiers are crooked or not, but they sure are shady. I been shopping here many times, usually on weekends when I go to Old Town and always hear how people getting overcharged or duplicate charges. I received a duplicate charge for $8 about 6 years ago from same location. I would stay away from this place. As they do not run a legit business and restrooms that they charge customers to use is extremely disgusting. I have contacted my bank to submit a fraud complaint and also made a police report suspecting this A-mart business as possible cloning cards or at least selling your information. How did somebody still my ATM info and pin if my card is 4 months old and I never used this card online? read more
