I waited too long and had such a small window, but Shell squeezed him into her insanely busy schedule just simply out of the kindness of her heart. When I picked him up he looked incredible, easily one of the best grooms he's ever had in nine years. Then, when I went to pay, she told me she was covering the entire visit. I tried to argue, I was so determined to pay and tip her big, but she wouldn't budge. She just said, 'You have enough going on.' I completely broke down crying right there. I've told this story to so many people this week and I cry every single time, watching them tear up too. *Shell, your talent is amazing, but your kindness and compassion is what I'll never forget. You'll be seeing a lot more of us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Everyone needs to go see her, she is so worth supporting. "WHERE PETS ARE TREATED LIKE FAMILY"

They left their door open and put a dog that was supposedly the owners into a small little crate area, which is too low for a dog that size to jump over and run out onto Fairway Boulevard. The dog ran out and hit me in my car did over $1400 worth of damage and they didn't care to even call me which I called several times and never returned my phone call. All I wanted was a phone call and an apology from them and they didn't care enough. They said I never gave them my number which I did and they both sat and argued who the owner was of the dog. She even swore at her own employee and said I am the owner you idiot. Just be aware of when you drop your dog off if you even wanna go back to this place. Because I really want them to be accountable.

Rocklin Pet Spa - Very visible missing fur

My dog Parker is typically anxious during grooming sessions, yet the team consistently demonstrates exceptional kindness and patience, which allows him to relax almost immediately. They dedicate time to understanding my dog's individual needs and ensure his comfort throughout the process. As a result, his coat is healthier than ever, his grooming is consistently excellent, and he exhibits a joyful demeanor upon pickup. It is rare to find individuals who exhibit such genuine care. They do more than groom my dog; they provide him with comfort, relaxation, and happiness. I am sincerely grateful for the compassionate care they consistently offer.

The first being bloody scabs on her face last July. I spoke with the owner, and while we couldn't agree on the cause, the scabs healed and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It felt like an isolated incident, and they seemed genuinely interested in making sure she was okay. The second incident happened more recently and is harder to set aside. After her appointment, her groomer pointed out a large patch of missing fur on her back. I was asked whether she'd had recent flea treatment or vaccinations, and the answer to both was no, with her last vaccines being eight months ago. I didn't want to jump to conclusions since I was looking at her while she was in her carrier, so I waited until I got home so I could properly assess how visible it was once she was up and moving about. I got home and confirmed that the patch was significant and clearly visible. I would've 1000% noticed something like this. I was with my cat the entire morning. She was sitting on my lap and I was petting her back just 30 minutes before her appointment; it would've been hard to not notice such a significant amount of fur missing as it would've been right in my face and I'm the type to notice if this cat has so much as a booger in her nose. I called back and spoke to her groomer who insisted they didn't remember anything happening during her appointment that could've caused this but they also said that they didn't notice the very noticeable missing fur until near the end of the appointment. I don't know what to make of that, but I am positive that my cat did not arrive this way. The saving grace is that my cat didn't seem to be in any pain and fur grows back (although I'm sure that spot on her back must have been really sore). This was an extremely upsetting experience as my cat is so sweet (even the groomer said she never gives them any trouble) and I only want her taken care of. Let me be clear: I don't believe anyone set out to harm her, but I can't overlook this careless incident and I just don't feel comfortable taking my cat here anymore unfortunately.

I've had our dogs groomed before and had to leave them and come back to pick them up. It was pretty expensive and the dogs were very upset when I picked them up. So, I decided to try At Your Bark and Call. Cheyenne is wonderful with our dogs. Our first poodle, Zoe, adored her from the first groom and there was never a problem. Our second poodle, Frannie, is a more vocal type (it's the Red in her we're told) and frankly, a bit of a whiner. So now, Cheyenne takes both of them together and Zoe watches over Frannie. She is flexible with her schedule and so are we, so it works out really well for us. And she is more reasonable than any other business we have used. Our last rescue used to get so upset at the groomer that my husband had to shave her himself during the summer months, and Cheyenne helped him with her final groom. I would highly recommend Cheyenne. Give her a call or a text and try her yourself! The bad reviews here don't even sound like the same groomer that we use. Her appointments are always approximate because she can't be positive how long a grooming is going to take. She's always given us a heads-up if it's going to be 1/2 hour or more. One time we had to reschedule because she was working on her broken down truck with her dad.
