For two dogs.. doodles. She shaved them down and botched them - then claimed they were matted but they had just been groomed 6 weeks prior elsewhere with ZERO issues (I only took them to her because my regular groomer was booked out too far in advance for me to keep up their maintenance) - because I DO NOT allow them to get matted. She also charged $135 per groom = $270 for a botched shave down. The next day my girl couldn't sit comfortably, she has a small tail. I ended up having to pay $242 to take her to the vet to find out what was going on. When I sent her photos and showed her the bill proving it was due to her negligence she stopped replying. If you deeply care about your dogs DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. She does not care about your pet and is trying to fit in as many dogs as possible to make money. If she argues I have receipts, and you can also see her cadence in previous replies.
