I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to when it comes to this place! I adopted a GSD/Pyrenees mix that had been in the shelter for 240+ days. He is a larger dog and absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed, fought like crazy when I first brought him in almost a year ago, and to complicate things further he also has aggression towards other dogs. Heidi completely understood his fear and has been the most patient, kind, understanding, and calm person to help him get over his fear I have ever met. He now sits relatively quiet when she does his nails, she has been such a wonderful, calming presence to help my guy get over his fears. I love how they genuinely care about the needs of the pets. Great customer service, my dog looked amazing after visiting and he even got a cute bandana! The only issue I have- he developed kennel cough after his visit. Maybe it's a lack of cleaning and sanitizing between dogs, I'm not sure, but I was extremely disappointed at the outcome so we will not be going back. Otherwise they do a pretty good job. read more

When I got my puppy last year, I somewhat randomly chose Bath, Brush and Beyond, and boy am I lucky I did. They do a fabulous job with my shepherd-cross Willie. After each visit, he trots happily out from the back looking and smelling wonderful, with nails clipped and ears cleaned, and sporting a handsome new bandana. The employees know their stuff and couldn't be nicer or more helpful. And as for the owner, Heidi: not only does she have deep knowledge about this business and managing dogs, but she's a kind and amazing person. Willie and I will be back there soon. read more

If you are reading this- BOOK WITH HEIDI AND HER TEAM at Bath, Brush and Beyond! My 80lb. Pyrenees x Collie mix girl is a reserved ranch dog that had never been to the groomers, until yesterday! She needed the works, and man they did such a phenomenal job! They cleaned up her double coat, nails, ears, checked anal glands, and gave her a cute bandana. Best part- she was getting cuddles on the couch with Heidi when I arrived to pick her up. This dog mama was nervous leaving her, but Heidi and her team got her taken care of so well and in a timely manner that I 10/10 can't recommend them enough! We have taken our dogs to a number of groomers over the years, but Bath, Brush and Beyond is our favorite! It is immediately obvious that their team loves your furball family members and that they all truly love what they do. Everyone has calm, kind, patient personalities there, so we felt very comfortable about leaving our guys there with them, knowing they are in good hands. Our guys came out of their smelling better than ever, feeling softer than ever, and looking like they were ready to go on an island cruise with their gift of little tropical neckties! They notice little details about your pet that show they are fully engaged and passionate about their work and learning about your particular pet. Our Shih Tzu only has one eye and they talked about how they were trimming that area in a particular way to make him look his best. And they are knowledgeable about specifics of grooming needs for different breeds; they knew all about Pomeranian hair for instance - more than we did! So... they're lovely, professional, compassionate people who do beautiful work... AND they are reasonably priced and actually have openings available in their schedule (unlike a few other good groomers in the area). Hurry up and book with them soon though because I don't think their schedule is going to have as many openings available once the word gets out about how amazing they are!!! We can't recommend them highly enough and our little doggos seem very happy with their service too! read more

My Jack Russel Shitzu is 16 and my Australian Shepherd is 9. They have gone to groomers their whole lives and just kind of "tolerated" bath time. When we moved a year ago I was looking and trying out different groomers. When I found Bath Brush & Beyond. Both my dogs absolutely LOVE this place. They no longer tolerate grooming but ENJOY IT!! So much so we even had some fun and asked them to give my Jack/shitzu a fun funky summer cut. He looks adorable and seems to like the extra attention it gets him. I as an owner love that you can see the grooming stations etc everything is very transparent where your dogs will be and you can see how clean and safe the area is. All the staff is friendly and communicative. They treat the dogs well. Prices are fair and competitive and the grooming itself is good quality. You don't have to get a Mohawk or purple hair for your pup but definitely get them groomed here. read more

I booked for my boyfriends coon hound who is sweet as could be but you almost wouldn't know that when you touch her paws! I tried so many times to trim myself but fell short. Heidi the owner had to come help assist and put our sweet Ranger at ease. I'll be back this week with both her and my smaller dog for some pampering and trims.
