I was specifically looking for a mobile groomer to come and bathe our Pittie. She gets really scared going to the vet or other services and my back is not up to it. R&B reached out within an hour, there was another groomer but they don't do house calls. We asked R&B how much they charge and their availability? They told me they can come the following day, so I booked it. I also asked what they would charge for cutting cat's nails? They told me it would be no charge and included with the dog's grooming. They were very good about texting and keeping me up to date on their status. They asked if it was ok to come a half an hour early and that worked for me! Ramiro and Bridgette, were very friendly and personable. I just took my pup to the van and they took care of her. She got her bath along with deshedding, anal glands, teeth /ear cleaning, nails and paws. I tried to get my cat into a crate while they were grooming the dog and he fought me so much, I gave up. When they brought my pup back, I told them we can just forget about the cat because he's a fighter. The cat got me pretty good fighting me from putting him in the carrier. Bridgette said, "no worries, we can do him still." I warned her he's a scrapper and he's a big boy! So I brought him down and Ramiro held my cat and Bridgette clipped his nails! Omg, I was amazed how Ramiro held my cat considering he's a fighter, who came off the streets! It took this team less than five minutes at most! Horrible experience! Razor burn on left side of my small dog's face & mole cut when face shaven…read morebald! Painful & now a once adorable face is homely. Yes hair will grow back but meantime face is sore. No wonder he cowered on the floor of the car all the way home & again on the return trip to pick up Daisy. He was shaking violently. Called to tell groomer so as not to make same mistake on another dog thinking she'd appreciate my call. She asked "what do you want from me"? And "it will grow back"! Large dog was shaven length of her back so low skin is showing which I specifically requested not that short. Her reply? "She has bald spots"! Not so...there aren't any "spots" but an entire long patch of visible skin! Her tail was left with a "swisher" as groomer called it looking like a lion! My small dog still has long body hair, & now a bald face with a "poof" on top of his head! I even tipped this groomer before seeing all the mistakes under brighter light & with my glasses on!. She said she wanted to see Noah's face w/the razor burns but refused to give me her e mail address when I called back asking for it so I could send the picture. Before we adopted our sweet Noah he spent his first 2 yrs. of life w/an abusive owner. I couldn't help but think he felt I too let him down so to speak. This would've all been forgiven had Jonelle just OWNED her mistakes & sincerely apologized instead of one of those "sorry, BUT"....then a slew of attempts to justify everything. She even went so far as to say Noah's skin was "sensitive to that blade". Only 1 side of his face is sensitive?? ANYBODY can cut their skin if shaven low & hard enough I believe! We like to support small, home town businesses but we're RUNNING back to Petco!!

Dr Murphy on the other hand which is mentioned on another review, she called me in October 2024 to tell me Aiden was in stage 3 kidney failure and didn't offer any supportive care at all. It was like he's dying, goodbye. Of course i switched doctors, Dr Murphy was a real disappointment and I will always remember this with my animal.
