I really wanted to give A-Lounge at Andrews Ave in NAIA five stars because so much of the experience was excellent -- but the food selection held it back just a bit.
Let's start with the positives. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely professional. You can tell they take hospitality seriously. The lounge itself was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately sets the tone when you walk in.
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly -- fast and reliable, which is a big deal when you're traveling internationally and need to get work done or stay connected. Seating was comfortable, and I appreciated that it wasn't overcrowded. It actually felt like a proper lounge where you can relax instead of competing for space.
Now the one drawback: the food selection was underwhelming. It wasn't bad -- just limited and not quite at the level you'd expect from an otherwise polished lounge experience. With a stronger culinary offering, this place would easily be a 5-star stop before a flight.
Overall, a very solid lounge option at NAIA. Clean, comfortable, excellent service, and great Wi-Fi. If they elevate the food program, this would be one of the best lounge experiences in Manila. read more
