If you are flying on premium cabin (or have Star Alliance Gold status) out of the "newer" Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, with Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance partner, you are in luck, you'll have access to the best lounge at MNL, at the moment Cathay Pacific (Oneworld Alliance) lounge is closed, otherwise your options could be limited to PAGSS, in that case, you are better of having a cup of coffee or snack somewhere else. Located at Airside, after check-in follow the signs to Airport Lounges, take the elevator to the 4th floor, and you'll find all airline, and private lounges clustered on the west hall of T3, Marhaba, SilverKris, PAGSS, Wings, Pacific Club, and Cathay Pacific, last 2 temporarily closed. It's clean, it's bright, is peaceful, decent drink and food options, great service, very pleasant atmosphere, nice runway views, complimentary fast WIFI, and in my case, elevator happened to be next to my gate. Happy Travels :)

This lounge is huge to accommodate half of the Aircraft. Coming from San Francisco. The selection of food is by far better than United Airlines in SFO . The People who works here are more personal too . Great Job Singapore Airlines . You just got one Loyal Flier ...Marla the supervisor was on top of her turf making sure everything is in order .

Still a great place to kick back n relax. Nachos are great with avail toppings of beef, tomatoes, spring onions and lots of cheese sauce. Ham was moist n flavorful, stuffed chicken fried up and oily. Tomato soup was nice. Still good selection of alcohol n drinks. Cheers

A co-worker invited us into PAGSS Lounge at NAIA Terminal 1, and it honestly made a difference…read morebefore our flight. Right now it's smaller than usual since the other lounge is closed due to construction from i heard, so seating is tighter than what you would expect from a full lounge setup. Still, it does the job. The space is clean and quiet compared to the main terminal. After dealing with the crowd outside, just having a calm place to sit down and breathe already feels like an upgrade. It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable enough to relax, charge your devices, and wait for boarding without stress. Food selection is simple but decent. There were hot dishes, some light snacks, and drinks available. Nothing over the top, but enough to keep you full before a flight. Staff kept things organized despite the limited space, and tables were cleared regularly. If you're expecting a huge premium lounge experience, this isn't it right now because of the construction. But if you just want a quieter space, decent food, and a break from the busy terminal, PAGSS still delivers. It serves its purpose well.

Positives: Not much Negatives: The food is mediocre at best; There are two sections to the lounge. We were in the overflow area that doesn't have a restroom. You have to walk back to the main area; Asshole guests talking on the phone in the lounge. The next time I am in the PI, I hope I have access to a better lounge.

Solid 3 star establishment when compared to airline lounges around the globe. However, for existing…read morein the PI, this gets an additional bump to 4. Manila is a great place to visit and has some really beautiful things to see and people to meet. However, it is also overrun with poverty in many areas and the infrastructure is not very advanced in some places. Couple that with sauna-like weather and I spent my days here surrounded by panhandlers, sweaty shirts, and nearly broken ankles from the potholes and uneven walking surfaces. So coming into this club which is air-conditioned, has some nice plane-spotting views, a flat surfaced floor, and offers plenty of refrigerated beverages as well as ice and this was like entering shangri-la. I expect that stuff in Europe and North America. I was ecstatic to find it here. This is a locally run lounge, not a SkyTeam Alliance lounge and not run by Delta Airlines. It is open to public access for a fee and the only airline it caters to is Delta for their premium passengers. Given that, it is small with maybe seats for 90 people and has a basic load out of beverages and food. Nothing too fancy or over the top but compared to the main terminal where you are relegated to Jollibee and instant cup noodles, this is a nice step up. There are moderate numbers of charging outlets, a small selection of alcoholic beverages, and some food choices with a local flair. I had a bowl of local chicken congee with calamansi squeezed in and it was really good. This is also a last chance for an ice-cold San Miguel beer prior to leaving the country if that is your thing. It is not mine. Frankly I am not much of a beer drinker so I was pretty excited to see an American whiskey available here, even if it was Jack Daniels. Back home I would not drink that as I consider it to be crap swill but after being here with limited whiskey availability in constant crotch rot conditions, a little JD over ice next to an air conditioner vent made me as happy as a pig in a mud puddle. I know that this review makes me sound like the arrogant, entitled jerk American. I do not mean it that way and I am genuinely thankful for my opportunities to travel to a lot of different places. I also am a big fan of the Philippines because the culture and food are amazing and the people are some of the friendliest I have come across on the planet. What I wanted to convey in this review was that for an airline lounge, this one is really no big deal. But when you compare it to what the locals have to do to make this place happen, it is a really nice space for some pre-departure hospitality. I have zero complaints about this lounge and the time I spent in it and I will look forward to it when I next get a chance to visit.

First off, getting to the…read morelounges was slightly confusing, the Pacific Club Lounge was off to the other side away from the Airline lounges - which made it a lot less crowded. I'm a Delta Member & an American Express cardholder so I was able to get my family in for free or a discounted rate. We were just traveling to Hong Kong for a short weekends trip but made it to the airport 3 hours earlier than we expected. The lounge is pretty spacious and nicely decorated. I liked that they had "charging station" seating areas with comfortable chairs! I also thoroughly enjoyed that they had multiple TVs. In comparison to the Mabuhay Lounge at NAIA, this lounge not only had more space but they had much better service and amenities! The food selection was so-so, mostly carbs: arroz caldo (rice porridge, sandwiches, pastries, pastas, cereal). Being vegan, my options were limited to bread and fruit. But hey! I'll skip the snacks anyday because they had a self serve bar! Again, comparing to Mabuhay lounge, I found this option to be much more welcoming. My family and I were able to enjoy a couple glasses of wine and a couple locally brewed beers (San Miguel Light). The staff was also very kind and friendly, making sure everything was neatly kept and food was refilled. Their bathrooms were also very nice and spacious as well, I saw they had a shower room too in case you need to freshen up in between layovers. 4 stars for the alcohol, service and interior. Had to dock a star because of the limited food options - I wish they could add in some more vegetable dishes and fruit! Otherwise, it was overall a great experience!

This lounge is located in the 4th level in the pre-departure area. Seating is a bit tight and the lack of windows contributes to the feeling of claustrophobia. When we stopped by, they had 3 kinds of local beer including red horse which seems to be a favorite. Their hard liquor selection was impressive too for such a small lounge. They also had canned juices, bottled water and coffee. Food wise, there weren't that many to choose from but I thought their veggie chow mein dish was surprisingly delicious. They also had pasta Alfredo, some chicken dish, a salad bar and fresh fruits. Their ladies room was small and clean. It had a shower as well. Would be nice if they could make the lounge bigger and brighten it up a little so it didn't look so dreary.
