I work for an IT business and patience is always key, and at the end of the day, it's nice to know that I was useful in some way. As far as negative reviews, there's nothing I can say. As customers, we need to read our labels, make sure things that need to be packaged are packed, and hope for a smooth transition.

I do think they make up their own prices to some extent. Hadn't been there in a while forgot about how they try to sell you more and shame you for a tip. The same nail chipped again but I didn't bother. I just won't get them done there. I feel they need to clean there equipment there all have nail polish on the outside of them or purchase new ones all black. They do not have dryers for regular nail polish which is terrible.

She was honest with us the entire time, and we felt that she truly cared about what we wanted more than just making commission, which is rare nowadays. I was a lot more picky than my husband and didn't want to just settle on any house, and Melinda was very patient and understanding every step of the way. There was a home that we kept coming across online that she wanted to show us, and to be honest I wasn't crazy about the photos but I always trusted her so I went to see it anyway. Just as she knew we would, we fell in love with the property and the home right away. It had everything we were looking for and more. We put it an offer and after a few months, we finally closed on the house! Melinda stuck with us the entire way and always made herself available to answer any questions or concerns we had, even on her day off. Any other salon I've been to has always offered purple shampoo when washing a blonde, I didn't want to change my tone, I understand what a toner does,I have always been offered purple shampoo when having my hair washed professionally.
