I understand that retail stores need to make a profit BUT when I shop at other stores and they ask me if I am a resident and they give a discount without me even asking for one. I purchase items from Barcelino that are over a minimum of $1,000 each time I shop. When I ask about a discount, even a small amount (since I shop there a few times a year) I'm told the owner won't approve it. You would think he would be open to even a small discount instead of risking a loyal customer not to shop there again which is what I may do.
