Long time readers may know how finicky I am about undergarments. I am a diva about it and I require things to be truly excellent. In the past, I've tried this place and been kind of unimpressed. But now!! They have upgraded their game in a big way. They had multiple options available in my hard-to-fit size. The person who helped me was both knowledgeable and respectful. The prices were very reasonable and they had both everyday stuff and special-occasion wear. I came away with an actual matching bra and panty set, incredibly rare in my sizes. It was the Elomi Matilda, for you connoisseurs out there. The little shop is clean, pretty, and fun. The dressing rooms were nice too. I can only offer one minor critique: there's nowhere for the sugar daddy/mommy to sit and admire the process. And frankly, that's an integral part of the journey for many of us! As with most places in Fell's Point, you must park on the street or else way around the corner at a garage on Caroline. This place is okay for handicap access, if I recall correctly. I absolutely enjoyed my experience here at the Fells Point location yesterday. It's a wonderful store! I was so happy with the sales woman who was super helpful and patient with me. She just made me feel so welcomed. I was shopping for a comfy pair of panties and she helped me to find the perfect pair! The Chantelle SoftStretch High Waist Brief is amazing! Very comfy for anyone! ;) Can't wait to stop by again for my next pair! My only regret is not getting my salesperson's name as she was great! read more

I went in specifically on recommendation from friends and loved the store and all the options. Everything was so beautiful and in terms of the store itself and what they offer 10/10. I will say unlike other reviews which rave about a store employee "Emily" (which honestly I was shocked to have this experience because I also had heard friends who had seen this sales associate and had a great experience so I wasn't expecting this)- I did not have that experience. She was super knowledgable about the store and in trying to help me find something I liked and that was awesome, customer service in the beginning was great. But I've recently been having a lot of health issues (obviously she couldn't of known but still?), so my breasts currently are multiple sizes down from what they usually are and my self confidence has already been super low in looking for lingerie because of this. I don't feel comfy buying new things because my size is so flux right now and I know that naturally my current size, is not built to last as I'm a naturally big breasted girl and right now I can fit into like a B cup. She offered me to do a bra fitting and I was explaining I appreciated it but no because I'm a lot smaller than I've been in past- she was very sweet up until this point, but then she proceeded to tell me that my previous bra size "is impossible" basically said "there's no way!" in a tone that just made me feel super disrespected. Especially knowing my current weight/size is from health issues and she was judging my physical appearance and not really listening to what I was saying, it really hurt. I felt super uncomfortable from that comment alone but then she even went as far as to be like "I mean for reference I'm a size...., so the size you're saying you were was definitely not your size" which again, super unprofessional and just hurt a lot. Breasts change SEVERELY based on weight. There was no reason in my opinion for her to make any sort of comments like that to me basically making me feel like I was a liar or compare our breast sizes and it was just a big no for me regardless if her demeanor was great at first. If I ever went back I'd honestly check to make sure she wasn't there because her comments severely added a lot to an already uphill climb I'm having with confidence issues and I can't really understand why she thought saying something like that was okay in any regard. Especially working in sales in the past I also just have the forefront knowledge that you don't comment on stuff like that- she very well could've just said totally understand and when you feel ready we will be here for you! Just left the Fells Point location with new bras! I walked in for a fitting with no prior appointment. I was helped by Emily who gave me a fitting and brought me countless bras to try on. She also would come back to the fitting room whenever I needed help figuring out if the bra fit me correctly. I'm so glad I stopped by today. I've gained about 20 pounds in the last year and was still wearing my previous bra size. I felt infinitely better after the fitting. Most bras I tried on were between $60 - $80. I was the only person in the shop that let me have a lot of individual attention though a lot of people came in to browse during the hour I was there and Emily was great at helping them while making my time feel worthwhile. read more
