Asked if I could make an appointment and was told to fill out paperwork and I would hear from them after the office manager reviewed. Two months later I go back in with my mom for any appointment and inquire about the status of my own paperwork and when I will get an appointment. Was told there was a waiting list and not not taking new patients. Gee-- ya think before wasting other people's time they might have said something about not taking new patients when I first asked? I ALWAYS ask two questions up front... having worked in the medical industry: Are you taking new patients and do you take my insurance because it saves everyone's precious time.
