He thinks he's a general contractor but I won't let him build a dog house for me. They rent out a bunch of property that is questionable at best. The mom and Jason are so toxic to the company. We showed up for my husband's appointment and all the lights in the front desk area and lobby we turned off, very dark. No one at the front desk. We waited along with another patient after us for 10 minutes, even though we heard laughing and talking in the back area. When we were finally noticed we gave the front desk person my husband's new insurance card, which did not require a copay. She ignored the card and would not enter it and demanded the copay due from his old insurance or we couldn't see the doctor. We were never reimbursed for the copay. For my husband's follow up appointment we had to cancel which we called the morning of the day before his afternoon appointment. We then received a no show bill which we questioned and were told that we didn't leave a message but texted them after 5pm the day before. We told them evidence to the contrary which the billing person didn't accept. Being a healthcare professional I know they are able to do better if they wanted to! Run do not walk from this practice!!

I went to the office picked up a new patients package on 5/6/14. Today 5/13/14 I went to the office to return the package and was informed that Dr. Miller nor Dr. Peterson would be accepting Medicaid or Rocky Mountain Healthcare patients . The younger women at the front desk looked at the me as if I was a homeless person seeking medical aid. My story starts in 2012 when my Fortune 500 company decided to retire me after 30 years of service. Then in 2014 the company would no longer pay for my retirement medical premium. If this is how they want to treat folks that have received that short end of the stick do to Obama care where will this end? We are forced to have insurance, I guess we will overload the emergency rooms. So private Dr's can sit in their nice offices and accept those with high paying private insurance or cash.

Dr. Miller is an awesome physician and always gets me in quickly and spends a great deal of time keeping me healthy. I have never felt rushed during an appointment and she is an extremely caring woman. The office treated me no differently when I had full fledged paid health insurance then they did when I had Medicaid. They're awesome!

This review is concerning Dr. John Ribideneyra at Pavilion family medicine Montrose Colorado…read more His attitude is piss poor along with his medical knowledge and he works harder to get you out the door, so he can move on with his day, rather than spend time listening to you and solve your medical problems. He also will only see you for 1 of your concerns at time...If you have multiple problems those will be scheduled for separate visits, and you will get to pay more copays and he can bill more I suppose so regardless you will spend more money. Honestly, I dreaded having to go into his office at the last as he pretty much makes you feel sub servant to his knowledge and that you are a burden on his precious time. He goes strictly by what your numbers say on tests and not about how you actually are feeling. As for your time...forget it! You will show up on time and will spend easily an hour or longer than your appointment time waiting to see him for a refill visit, but God forbid if you are more than 9 minutes outside your appt time...you will be rescheduled and sent away and have to waste more of your time to come back. As for compassion and bed side manner...give me a break! The last visit I had ended with an ugly interaction, him shouting and degrading me for my poor time management, and disrespectful shouting enough that I finally invited him outside to discuss our difference of opinion in private...all the while him cussing and calling me plenty of names which he got in return all the way to the door.... this also continued while I walked to my vehicle thru the parking lot and thru his now closed door at that time and safe from any potential repercussions. I wonder what the patients he had there with us in the office thought of that as he surely didn't care if they heard! All this began due to being 4 minutes past the 9-minute window of his scheduling and that I made it clear that I would be finding another doctor to handle my medical needs moving forward. He evidently didn't like that as that's when the yelling really got going. He made sure to state that he has plenty of patients so he could care less if I went elsewhere! Lastly, if his staff weren't so pleasant and helpful it wouldn't surprise me if his office shut down! I'm sure they aren't paid enough. Again his staff of girls are beyond nice and helpful and I'm sorry they had to hear the last interaction. I am not in the least sorry for telling this little man what I thought of him or where he could go! What are the 6 most common patient complaints? 1. Long wait times after patient registration, (how long are patients typically expected to wait before seeing doctors) 2. Slow office response times. 3. Lack of provider availability. ... 4. Not enough time with the provider. ... 5. A subpar checkout experience. ... 6. Poor communication. This guy checks all the boxes so do yourself a favor and stay away from this doctor/scrip writer!

This office's business practices embody much of the worst of practices in our broken health care…read moresystem, including the lack of systems and checklists that research (and business experience) proves to be critical in customer service and efficiency. I called Dr. Singh's office to ask about an appointment in which I could have some odd sensations and pains around my shoulders and arms and lower neck examined. The receptionist told me that Dr. Singh did not deal with patients who had "neck problems". I asked her how I could tell if I had "neck problems" as he defined it. However, she had not been trained in answering this question. As a result, she suggested that I either risk wasting my time by waiting two weeks to see Dr. Singh, who might simply refer me to another doctor with an even longer wait time, or that I see the other doctor in one month. The other doctor required a full MRI, I was told. I asked if Dr. Singh could speak with me on the phone for five minutes so as to listen to my description (e.g., I did rupture a disk near my neck years ago) and advise me on how to waste less time and money. E.g., "Yes, that sounds like a neck problem as I define it," etc. The receptionist said "He won't do that." I explained to the receptionist the unnecessary bind this put me in and asked her to pass the information on to the doctor. She said she would do so. I have no knowledge of whether she actually did so; I never got a call back from anyone at the office.
