I found her story amazing. I've suffered with several issues associated with MS with the worst being facial nerve pain. I've seen 4 different neurologists over the years with lots of medications resulting in no relief from the never ending pain. I've waited for kids to have this appt for…read moremore than six months they've canceled us before. we were running late and I called ahead to tell them. the receptionist said we can probably see you. Two kids ...waiting more than six months. we got there and they said you are 21 minutes late. I said you should be able to see them me of my kids since there is just one hygienist. my kids would have waited longer for them. they said they could t even see one of my kids. I've had it with this town! Everyone of these dentists have backed up cleanings because of a lack of hygienist! I am very seldom affected by stuff but the long wait to see the dentist is horrid and to get a cleaning is even worse!!! our kids deserve better. I loved the dentist here too. he was great. if they had two of my kids scheduled with only one hygienist, they should have had room and time for one of them as they would have been back to back! I've never had someone be so unfeeling to my now wait for another six months to see my kids. question this dental practice. plus the lady told me they could probably see us. so I traveled as safely as I could to this office to be told SORRY! one of my kids should have been able to be seen! I don't understand?? if you are reading this....do you???? again, the dentist here is crazy nice but his team on Fridays are questionable!!! New dentist for us. Now we wait for dental care.
