That old women is the absolute worst human being I have ever encountered. She has been so incredibly rude, bitter, sarcastic,meanest, degrading, person I have ever meet. Unfortunately I dont know how she still has a job. I have read several complaints about her and now I completely understand why that is. She think you are at her mercy to get to see the doctor. She speaks to people like they are ignorant children. I cant imagine how much business the doctor has lost because of her and he probably isnt even aware of her vulgar behavior. The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is very clean and the administrative staff was available every step of the way in dealing with the insurance carrier and paperwork. Anytime I called with question, they followed up promptly. I would recommend this facility.

I've waited for kids to have this appt for…read moremore than six months they've canceled us before. we were running late and I called ahead to tell them. the receptionist said we can probably see you. Two kids ...waiting more than six months. we got there and they said you are 21 minutes late. I said you should be able to see them me of my kids since there is just one hygienist. my kids would have waited longer for them. they said they could t even see one of my kids. I've had it with this town! Everyone of these dentists have backed up cleanings because of a lack of hygienist! I am very seldom affected by stuff but the long wait to see the dentist is horrid and to get a cleaning is even worse!!! our kids deserve better. I loved the dentist here too. he was great. if they had two of my kids scheduled with only one hygienist, they should have had room and time for one of them as they would have been back to back! I've never had someone be so unfeeling to my now wait for another six months to see my kids. question this dental practice. plus the lady told me they could probably see us. so I traveled as safely as I could to this office to be told SORRY! one of my kids should have been able to be seen! I don't understand?? if you are reading this....do you???? again, the dentist here is crazy nice but his team on Fridays are questionable!!! New dentist for us. Now we wait for dental care.

Unfortunately (?) I've had to be a client for several different things through the years. Julia is…read moremy favorite therapist. Tesse is also great. Every therapist I've had has been knowledgeable and cooperative. They've all helped me attain strength and greater range of motion. Everyone also took great care of my dad, and he was able to stay out of a nursing home, thanks in part to the therapy he received at In Motion. I'm very grateful to all of them for the care we've received. There is one person though, that does not take very good care of customers. Her name is Donna and I believe she's responsible for scheduling and greeting patients. Several times I've seen her on her phone, while I was standing at the desk, waiting to check in. She's called me to schedule my appointments and she's just curt. She's rude and for some strange reason, it's like she's angry with me. That I know of, I've never done anything to her. I've worked in the customer service field for 30+ years. Her demeanor is, hands down, some of the worst I've ever encountered. I hope she'll find a way to communicate with customers that isn't so angry. I actually feel sorry for her. As I've said though, everyone else there is awesome. I won't let Donna's attitude dissuade me from finishing my therapy, or from saying great things about everyone else there.
