My mom was at Horizons for 6 weeks and I spent many hours there. I was so impressed with ALL of the staff at Horizons - the nurses, the CNA's, housekeeping, maintenance, the cooks, the hair stylist and the office staff. They treated everyone with dignity, respect and kindness. They made a difficult time in our lives bearable and even happy. This is a clean, well-maintained care center that provides daily activities for its residents. Though I live in California, I think I would like to spend my last days at Horizons in Eckert. I will always be grateful for the way they took care of my mom. read more
