She can't communicate well, ask questions correctly, doesn't listen to answers, and can't pronounce prescription names. She acted like she lives on another planet. Dr. Tardif had me go directly to the hospital so my test results would come back quickly, the same day. Had a full blood panel and chest x-ray. This was Wednesday. Didn't Receive a call on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, still no word. I placed a call Wednesday afternoon. Was places on hold twice, with the promise the doctor would be right with me. After holding for 20 minutes, a staff member came on the phone and said the doctor would call me back soon. It's now late afternoon on Friday and still no phone call. All around grossly negligent!
