I have been bringing my kids to Dino peds for 7 years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience every time! They are the most personable staff, whom will work Tirelessly to to get my kids prescription and appointments as needed. During Covid I was not once pressured to get my kids vaccinated nor was it ever brought up by our Dr. When I walk into into Dino peds or call it's like being around family (they really care) Dr. Mercer is the most compassionate person I have come across and I would recommend her to everyone I know whom have kids!!!! We absolutely love Dr. Etcheverry! He's kind, down-to-earth, and really takes his time to make sure you feel heard and cared for. He's great with kids and he has a way of explaining things that makes everything feel a little less overwhelming as a parent. The whole office has a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always do their best to get us in and out without feeling rushed. It's such a relief to have a pediatrician we trust.
