I asked the price at the beginning of the service to confirm and the price at the end was $50 more than that quoted price, with them telling me I had a special treatment. I didn't ask for a special hair treatment, maybe they were referring to the toner that was applied but that was never explained to me to be an extra cost (I thought it was part of the color). Then I felt stupid asking about it at checkout. I just wish I had fully understood this when I asked my hair stylist at the beginning of the appointment. She said she left the receipt @ home & would bring it to the following appointment. Needless to say, she never brought it. She told me her business was expanding and she would have someone else come do my hair going forward. I never heard from her again.
