We called in initially to get a quote and the quote was for $10 when we arrived the owner said it was actually $20. As we explained to him that we had previously called, he gave us a tremendous amount of attitude and closed the prototype book in our faces. He told us to call him when we "figure out if we're doing this" and walked away from us to the other side of the kiosk and crossed him arms.
