I read many of the Yelp reviews and found almost all of them to highly recommend Luis as he had done lots of this type of work. First let me say that I was extremely impressed with Luis' professionalism, responsiveness and value for the work being done. No matter how many times I texted him with questions, he quickly responded. Once he came out, we were very happy with his excellent installation and he explained everything to us about how to properly use the generator inlet once the job was completed. Luis installed a generator inlet, an additional electrical sub panel, home surge protector and a soft start system on our air conditioner compressor. He did an excellent job and everything took him about 4-5 hours, which was amazing. So if you're in need of a licensed electrician, I highly recommend Luis and 3 Guys Electric for your electrical needs. The contract is extremely vague, and I genuinely thought some of the basic things are part of the whole project,especially due to the extreme price would be covered. For example, the contract included installing two ceiling fans, but when I asked when they would be building it, they said they would not supply the ceiling fans, and I had to buy two ceiling fans, which added to the already overpriced pricing.After they collected the last check, they preceded to not paint anything, leaving unfinished work behind, and mind you, they said on the contract it didn't write down about the painting part. so it's not their responsibility.However, they found so many loopholes in the vague contract, the deck still looks unfinished,The wood flooring they placed later had 3 to 4 inch gaps between themselves, only after a couple of months. The wood flooring would constantly shift, and we resorted to nailing them in so to get rid of the huge gaps. But even with that done, at the edge, the left unnatural gaps in case of shifting however I doubt the planks would have ever moved so far apart, had they decreased the size of the space. The door they installed, was done terribly, can't close properly, unless the deadbolt is latched. The door also lets water in the house. There are large seems between the door and the doorframe. Overall I would not recommend this company.
