I suggested a hotel and a transportation service that I like. The transportation service we used a few times we were in town was terrific and it helped us enjoy our trip. Last time we flew into Philadelphia, we arranged for Joe Yurick to pick us up and take us to dinner and to the hotel in Lancaster. Since the ride was more than an hour, it was nice to have him to help us settle into the area. He taught us so much. In addition, we had him pick us up the hotel the next day and show us around Lancaster to see all of the sites. It was a fantastic day tour. Since he knows this area like the back of his hand, he showed us things we may not have seen on our own. It was fantastic. Joe has a van that is comfortable and he is always on time and on budget with our trips. This service is perfect for long trips ... especially for people who do not want to drive, are elderly or are handicapped. Joe was amazing for one of our passengers that was handicapped ... he was understanding and helpful. I heard of this service because one of my friends hired Joe to take their family to another state for a wedding and they could not drive themselves. Just as I said there would be a week earlier. I waited an hour and fourth minutes past our agreed upon meeting time before the driver finally called and told me to walk three blocks dragging my bags to a random parking lot where he was waiting. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.
