Their policies are ridiculous. I'm having a small family wedding (only 4 people in the car) and just needed transportation for three hours. Just because I'm getting married, there is a 6 hour minimum. So what are we getting for the extra? Nothing. So I cancelled. And per their policy, even though I cancelled a month ahead they charge a 30% fee. READ THEIR FINE PRINT. Do not use them if you can. read more

I've relied on Rainbow Limousine for the past six years to transport our senior executives and international guests, and their service has been consistently outstanding. Their communication is excellent -- requests are acknowledged immediately, details are confirmed promptly, and they are always flexible when schedules inevitably change. The drivers are professional, courteous, and exceptionally reliable. What I appreciate most is their attentiveness when transporting our international visitors. They demonstrate a level of cultural awareness and professionalism that makes our guests feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they arrive. In a role where transportation logistics must run flawlessly, Rainbow Limousine has proven to be a partner I can trust. They have earned my complete confidence and are the only car service I recommend for executive transportation. read more

"The Atypical limousine company" is right if by A typical you mean horrible service. Our driver was rude on both trip to and from JFK, had no idea where he was going and missed numerous turns, he specifically told me how stupid it was for me to want to fly out of JFK. He cursed and muttered under his breath when he got lost making us all very stressed out. On the trip back, after we got off a 9 hour overnight flight he was rude again, he sat on the opposing baggage claim chute while we collected all of our bags and then took off at a fast pace with only one bag while we each had two, never offering a cart or even asking if we wanted one. He didn't ask if we wanted him to bring the car around to pick us up at baggage claim he just started heading through the airport with nary a word or a glance over his shoulder to see if we were following. I have several health conditions that make walking briskly an impossibility for me and I couldn't keep up so we formed a human chain between him and my children so that I could keep at least one of them in sight as I tried to keep going. He couldn't find the car in the garage, around and around we went. Our trip home was ridiculously long as we drove down local roads somewhere in NYC stopping at traffic lights etc. It was so uncomfortable that my children and I were texting back and forth next to each other because we didn't feel comfortable talking out loud. I asked for a partial refund of my over $1600 cost and he admitted that they sent "...a chauffeur who temporarily forgot his etiquette training and missed a few turns." Quite an understatement. I'd give a one star review to an Uber driver who acted like that. And, in a subsequent email this "As far as feeling shame for not doing the right thing: I have none. I believe I am doing the right thing by not allowing you to puff up your trip to JFK into some catastrophic event that caused you mental anguish, or other ridiculous legal claim. The only things that we needed to apologize for were a few wrong turns and a less-than-cheery chauffeur who was on a bad day, apparently." read more

In a time when airline flights are spotty and unreliable , the only bright spot has been my driver Brandon for Rainbow limousine. My return flight was delayed at least 4 times. The 8:50pm flight from Atlanta did not really depart until 12:40 am. Brandon kept in touch all the time and assured me that he was tracking the flight and would be there whenever I arrived. read more

Lemme tell you about Mary! Mary was our driver (sedan service) from West Chester to Philadelphia. The bottom line you need to know...she's a great driver and will get you to your destination on time in style. As a bonus...she's a great conversationalist! Smart. Witty. Polite. Just lovely. If you need a special sedan ride to just go to the airport or a special date, call Rainbow and ask for Mary...you will be thrilled with your choice! read more

I have been using Rainbow Limousine for many years. I can always count on their prompt service to and from the airport. The driver's are always friendly, courteous and professional. They arrive earlier than scheduled and help load luggage and always get us to our destination on time. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Scheduling is simple you can even do it online. I highly recommend them for all of your transport needs. read more

I have used Rainbow on numerous occasions and the experience is always the same - clean vehicles, polite, professional drivers who are always on time. Safety is also important to me. Rainbow is a local company with well vetted drivers. So when my wife and young kids were going to Taylor Swift, forget sketchy Uber... Rainbow was the only choice. read more

Used these folks on a few occasions. The first time was good and the driver was excellent, but I won't use them again. On subsequent trips there was a combination of drivers taking me to the wrong address or didn't know the way (really, in the 21st century), late pickup at the airport after I had been traveling for almost 24 hours, and car (and driver) stinking of cigarette smoke. It's hard for me to understand how a business like this survives, hitchhiking might be a better experience. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! The team at Rainbow Limousine constantly go out of their way to help me. The prices are great and, most importantly, they are reliable, respectful and always on time. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! read more

Rainbow Cab has twice driven us to the PHL airport with no problems. After our experience yesterday, 4/14/18 on our return to PHL I vow I will never call Rainbow again. No problem with drivers, but the dispatcher was horrendously rude and actually hostile. Initially we called from baggage claim as directed, then proceeded to customs. Going through customs is a long and taxing process with no cell phone usage allowed. When we finally got to the transport area there was no Rainbow cab. Upon calling we were berated by this angry shouting beast of a dispatcher who informed us that our cab had left. Our response to this hostile person was to state clearly that we will never use Rainbow cab again. Regardless of the capable drivers this dispatcher does a terrible disservice to both customers and to the company. Never again ! read more

My wife and I just moved here about two months ago, and I travel quite a bit for work. I've taken around 4 or 5 trips with them to Philadelphia, and they really have been great. Really nice people in the office and nice drivers. Always been early (so far!) read more

We called this service on Saturday 3/31/2018 to arrange a ride to the airport for our friend who is disabled for the following Tuesday 4/3/2018. We were told to call Rover on Monday, we called Rover on Monday and every time someone would answer they said hold please and put us back into a telephone queue. This went on for 30 mintues. Finally we "spoke" to someone who said "oh your not 65" doesn't matter that you are disabled (even though on the recording it says senior or disabled) you have to call Rainbow...Rainbow told us to call you! No apologies no nothing. They transferred us back to Rainbow were we spoke to someone who hasn't mastered the English language...she transferred us to some "loud" bully man who refused to listen but wanted to do all the talking and no listening. The service was horrible, the people rude. Amazing they are in business. read more

Was super late to work and terrible customer service . Waited almost a hour to get picked up. Called office couple of times and was given attitude and incorrect information read more

his is a terrible cab company. What makes me the angriest about this business is their lies. I order car to take my mother from home to a doctor office in West Chester Driver arrive in time and told her to pay 15 Dollars before he even drive .. Then when they arrived he says 15 Dollars again and my mom paid him total of 30 Dollars for 7.4 Miles drive in side same city of West Chester PA 19382 When I called them they told me that my mom paid only 15 Dollars .. I would have no problem had I been told the sorry let we check with driver and such but they sound like mom mother is liens about amount shes paid .. So this company is suck and people works there all lairs .. don't call them choose someone else read more

my wife and i had reservation to pick us up at 4:45 am to go to airport. the driver never showed up. they never called. we drove but almost missed flight. Rainbow lacks a alert system b4 7 am. you can not contact them and they never called. they did not even know they had forgotten us. the owner Gibbs never returned my calls. So you take a big risk b4 if 7 am. We view the owner as not caring and lacking alert system. read more

Same as the other poster. Very inaccurate time given. Also, so uneducated in business to tell customers that there are other customers waiting longer. Then that must tell you that you're running your company poorly. If this happens to you more than 1x a week then your business either needs better employees or a vast overhaul. I only encountered 1 person that is professional there. The other 2 a male and female ... need serious business classes. Apparently, these 2 have an allergy to customers/thriving business/money!! read more

This is a terrible cab company. What makes me the angriest about this business is their lies. I was told "fifteen minutes" but waited closer to forty. When I called back twice, once after twenty-five minutes and once after thirty-five, I was told "he will be there in two minutes." When I complained on my final call the dispatcher, got nasty with me, calling me "Hon" in a condescending tone and telling me I needed to "Calm myself." Lady, if you weren't unprofessional with a trashy demeanor, I wouldn't be so annoyed! I would have no problem had I been told the correct time from the beginning: "Ma'am, we're a little backed up and it will be thirty to forty minutes." THAT is the way to handle business, not by lying to your customers and then taking a snotty attitude when people complain about waiting out in the cold for almost three times longer than the time originally quoted. read more

Such great service and an awesome driver with town car service. Driver was on time and courteous. Could not ask for better service. Will definitely use again!! read more

Was slightly horrified by price that they quoted me for local travel (between PA-DE). But they still get four stars because of: (1) professionalism of receptionist, (2) trying to figure out what options there might be -- and they were limited (hence the higher price), and (3) they were honest about what they could do. I'd consider giving them a call again. It was nice to at least find someone reasonable to speak with. It gave me confidence in the quality of their services. I'd recommend West Chester based friends contact them. read more

I have never experienced a phone receptionist as completely clueless and unfriendly. She could barely comprehend the concept of traveling from point A to point B never mind understanding from where and to where. You are a CAB COMPANY. She acted like she was irritated at having to answer the phone to begin with. The worst. I said forget because I did not trust her to even relay the message. read more

I only give it this many stars for the service and company being convenient! The price was unbelievable for a 6 minute drive exactly it cost me $16.30 which is literally ridiculous I would have called an Uber but someone stole my wallet so all my credit cards are cut off. At least with Uber you get in the car the driver is very friendly and talks to you. My cab driver with a rainbow didn't say one word to me besides "Exton station right?" Advise be more nice and friendly to your customers, they are the reason why you make money! And should lower your prices. This is why Cab services are completely going out of business! I feel bad for all the companies but they don't do anything to stand out and keep business. I'm 100% sure the only reason why they have any customers they do have is because there's still people who don't have Credit cards or bank accounts and don't own a smart phone to download the Uber or Lyft apps. I still can't believe I just paid $16.30 for a freaking 6 minute drive!!! read more

I personally had a less than 5 star experience. I booked a reservation with Rainbow, and specifically asked if I would have to wait for the 6:30 pm shuttle as my flight arrived at 5:10. I was told there was one other reservation that arrived at 5:18 and to just call when I made it to baggage claim and I would be able to meet at the pickup area. When I landed and called at 5:14, I was greeted with rude service and told to wait for the 6:30 shuttle. When I tried to ask where the pickup would occur I was hung up on. I had to call back to ask where to be picked up. I decided since they were a no show at 5:30, I wouldn't take my chances on trusting the 6:30 either, and called back to cancel. I also cancelled my return due to the poor service. As a business traveler, this is not the way to interact with a customer. I hope I just caught someone on a bad day, but I will not be using this service in the future. read more

If I could give a NEGATIVE rating for this company, I would! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! They LIE about rates, they lie about their names & who you are talking to, and they treat their customers like complete DIRT!!! JOE (the manager) refused to let me speak with the owner, or tell me how to contact him after VERBALLY ABUSING ME on the phone over a rate I was quoted that he nearly DOUBLED at the last minute. I have NEVER been treated that way as a customer and find it utterly disgusting. He even challenged me to come into the office and "square off" with him face to face and I'm a female! WHAT A WHACK JOB!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS!!! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service and smelly cabs most often. There is a female dispatch person who is the worst. They don't notify you if the taxi will pick up late, yet obtain your # when you call? They don't honor reservations and close early unexpectedly very often.,,leaving you stranded somewhere. I would never recommend this business and wish they would either employ professional staff or shut down. Thankfully another taxi service is available in the area and I they provide much better service, friendly and will work to get you a ride even in the toughest of situations. I am beyond disappointed with Rainbow however. Don't depend on them if you need a ride to an appointment , work, train station or airport because they will not come on time! read more
