I went for it anyway and it turned out to be great. I had a bit of trouble getting logged in so I called the company and the phone was answered by a real person immediately. She helped me get all set up and a couple of weeks later my daughter has her permit.

I've had a relatively bad experience at the school in some ways but not in others. Let me explain:…read moreI've had a good experience with all my instructors who gave me 2 hour instruction and with customer service at the front desk. However I had an issue with the driving instructor Mike Coady who instructed me through my driving test. Before reading more, please note that all my instructors have called me a relatively safe and good driver along with other people I have driven with under my permit. Me being already nervous to take my test, he was very rude to me the whole time when I was being as polite as I could be. I would ask questions and he'd give a snobbish answer and overall I felt as if I was being spoke down to and belittled. He failed me for a dumb reason, for to this day does not make sense to me. I was parked at a yellow blinking arrow ready to turn after all the cars passed ( just as I'm supposed to). It turned solid yellow and I went. As the rules follow: the vehicle's front two wheels can be in the crosswalk in the intersection as it turns red as I was told by another instructor. I executed my turn, as I believe, lawfully. I'm not making any claims whatsoever but I feel cheated and I'm left thinking, did I really fail? Which he did not explain in detail. As I was trying to schedule another appointment, my mom talked to Mr. Coady trying to figure out why he failed me. Instead of explaining nicely he interrupted her mid sentence and yelled "No, you listen up" twice. Tell me why an instructor is stuck up and mean, but not nice and understanding as they are supposed to be? Shortly after as I was leaving he failed another student, I see a pattern. Do not go with Mike Coady for instruction. If you get him instructing you, change it. Then this story does not end. As my second driving test in which I passed. My instructor was cold and unwelcoming on a test I was nervous to take. Then as he was telling me about my driving he toyed with me and made it seem like I failed. Overall, the moral of the story is: don't get your license through Affordable driving schools, go with A+ (if you live in Parker) or some other place. A driving instructor is supposed to be kind and welcoming. Not cold, or mean. Thank you so much to those kind people who do work at affordable driving schools, but the others please work on being better to those who are just trying to learn in a stressful situation. Thank you.

We enrolled our granddaughter for the winter driving class. Watch the videos on the Internet and…read morethe experience was nothing like that at all. There was no "slick track" they watered down some asphalt and let them slide a little bit, but there was no real simulation of driving on ice or snow. Extremely disappointed! Do not recommend them at all.

This company exceeds in teaching their students about how to be a safe driver. But, as someone who…read moreis on the spectrum that needs structure; Master Drive falls short in that field. Having to schedule driving lessons with them is an ABSOLUTE PAIN because their lessons are MONTHS OUT and at odd times, which is an absolute inconvenience. Just to add more salt to the wound, they expect you to pay for three driving lessons for their standard package which does not help you with their driver's test in anyway. Oh? Do you want better results behind the wheel with our premium package? TOO BAD! It costs 1,000 dollars. I wish they could give you more time behind their wheel because driving in an unfamiliar car where you don't know how the car handles isn't a fun experience. And don't get me started with the cars! The floorboards are caked with dirt, the seats inside of the cars are worse for wear, and I've gotten a comment from my teenage brother who's also a student at Master Drive that the Kia Soul that he drived smelled like sweat. The cars that they expect the students to drive don't handle very well especially with the breaks being very spongy. As a driving school that pride's itself for safety, you'd expect them to maintain their cars. NOPE! Their cars are terribly maintained. Take your business somewhere else unless if your okay with a being handed a booklet and a pat on a back that says " We're not going to teach you. You should do our job for us " because this school does not engage with you in anyway with their instructors. Yes, parental guidance is important for driving. But, the instructor needs to also be in the picture creating a personalized plan for their student. Which Master Drive does not with only three lessons in their standard package. Driving students need more time to drive with instructors that want to help their students and be supportive to help them become a safe driver. Protect your pockets people! Find another driver's school or teach your student yourself!

I didnt want to write a review but this actually bothered me. I hope somebody could explain it to…read moreme. Last week i did my drivers test. Im not a morning person but my test taker (Zach) wasnt either. There was no connection and no conversation (helps a lot when you are about to your drivers test). But thats not biggest my question-mark of this experience. I will happily admit that i made a mistake and that i failed because of it. And maybe there is a chance to make it up while you drive, you never know. I drove 24mph in a school zone instead of 20mph. I'd take that mistake and learn from it. But this happened in the first 2 minutes of my test. Why did i still have to drive for 15-20 minuted after that without having a chance to prove myself as a safe driver? The Law says you automatically fail if you make that mistake. Why have me continue driving?!?! Im a 25 year old international student who has been driving since 16. I understand you cant let me pass, but tell me in the moment so i dont have to sit in the car for another 15-20 minutes without having anything to prove or win from it. IM THERE TO TRY TO PASS MY TEST, IF I DONT, I NOT TRYING TO PROVE MYSELF FOR NOTHING. Read the room thank you

One didn't even seem interested, was just getting through the hour. The web site is deceptive. For instance, #5 of the "12 benefits" says "A comfortable waiting room for parents" and has a photo of a large room with big windows and leather couches, giving the impression that the photo is the waiting room. It is not. In fact, the room pictured is not anywhere at their facility. I don't know where it is but it's not at Parker Music Academy. On the web site, the photo by #3 and #6 shows a lovely outdoor amphitheater with people playing instruments. This photo is also not anywhere at Parker Music Academy. Maybe they posed some students in another town? I'm not sure. But, their actual facility is an old house that has been converted. The "waiting room" is a VERY small foyer with an old, broken-down sofa. Looks like the front room in your weird 70 year old aunt's house. The facilities are totally misrepresented on the web site. Their waiting room is not large or comfortable by any means. If more than 3 or 4 parents are waiting, someone must stand. As far as the 5 acres of space, maybe they own 5 acres but all I've ever seen was the old house and a gravel driveway with mud holes. There is no space for playing music outdoors. As far as the "Observation windows" talked about in #5, I don't know what they're talking about. When I read that, I thought there would be windows from the waiting room into the lesson rooms so waiting parents could watch. No such thing. The lesson rooms are small rooms with regular house windows to outdoors. I suppose one could walk around the outside of the house in the weeds and look into the rooms like a peeping-Tom, but I've never seen anyone do that. The photos on the web site by #2 (indoor) and #7 and #12 (outdoor) are also not anywhere near their facility. They were taken somewhere else, somewhere much nicer than their facility. If they are going to post photos on a web site that brags about their facilities, the photos should actually show the facilities rather than some other, random location. The web site also says "Conveniently located" in Parker and "Central location." Well, not exactly. They're quite a ways out a gravel road, not anywhere near the center of town. To be fair, the location is not terrible. It doesn't take long to get there. But, it's not as if it's on Main St. or Parker Rd. or any other paved road in town. In summary, the lessons are OK. They do offer many days/times to fit just about any schedule. But, their web site does NOT give an accurate impression of their facilities, not even close.
