The process involves driving through their warehouse building, and dealing with very confused loaders. The guy on tap didn't know what space heaters are, despite having the paperwork in front of him. He also didn't know how to operate them, then he forgot the base stabilizers which keep the unit from tumbling over. Returning the items was equally tedious, from wise-guy salesmen that can't answer simple questions., to customers that backup the pick-up / drop-off tunnel to shoot the breeze with the wise-guy salesman. This place is mediocre at best...similar to AutoZone and Checker, where the employees are irritated that they have to be nice to the customers

And this was the surprise... the counter guy tells me to go over to Home Depot and buy a cheaper model, he even suggested one. He said it would be cheaper for me to buy a new one than it would be for them to fix it. How many businesses do that anymore? Not many. When I went into the store to talk with the manager on duty named "DJ" about the policy.He completely walked away ignoring me and began yelling as he walked away for me to go to circle k or fry's to get a propane tank. Unacceptable customer service!!!! The young lady (associate) apologized for her manager and also began to tell me that I could go to circle k to refill the tank.
