I warned him I was a first time buyer and had no clue what kind of tractor I needed to purchase. Dennis was very patient, informative and a wealth of knowledge and experience. We chatted for a while and he listened to what kind of things I was wanting to do with a tractor. Dennis gave me his recommendations and had me hooked up with everything I wanted and needed and even got me a great deal on a new John Deere. Shotz Equipment even delivered it to my home in Prescott AZ. It was truly a very easy and simple transaction. There delivery driver Bob shown up at my house with the equipment, I signed some papers and Bob spent a little time going over the basics and it was done. Yes friend Stotz Equipment made it truly that simple and easy. Be safe, be well, be healthy and be Blessed !!!

How disappointing this place has turned into. I used to think they actually had good customer…read moreservice but boy was I wrong. I bring in a trimmer for service 10 days ago and I'm still waiting to get it back. We're talking about a simple machine. A week ago Thursday I dropped it off assuming 2 days to fix. I call Saturday and it is t ready but they think it is a carb issue. I call Monday and am told it is a carb and it isn't covered under warranty and will be ready Tuesday. Keep in mind I'M CALLING, never a call from them. So today I call to go pick it up. 15 mins later I'm asked for a model number because the guy working has no clue. Ya right I know my Model number! So I say it has orange line and they find it. Great, right? NOPE. The guy says he has no clue on the status so I ask for a manager. None working please call Monday. I then say just try to start it I shouldn't have to go for two weekends without a simple trimmer. Sorry, that's not his dept. wow, stay away from this place. Update: what a turnaround. Within an hour I get a call that it is fixed and they will deliver it to me. I picked it up on my own but they even dos the repair at no charge. We all fall down sometimes and it is how you react to the challenge that shows through on the end.
