I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. So i went in person to follow up on my samples today 02/25/2026 since i was told they were going to be finished by today or tomorrow and i wanted to make sure progress was being made since i hadn't been given any form of payment to pay still. I go in person and the manager isn't even there. My clothes are in boxes still untouched, so she lied to me, and are sitting underneath a cart. I tell the guy who's working there that i'm here to follow up on my samples i dropped off last week and he's clueless. He has to text the manager and owner to get context. I finally receive my invoice and i open it only to see it say $534 lmao. This place is crazy unprofessional. I can't tell you how many times i've had to just show up in person to press the staff on any doing their job since i can't get any real answers over the phone. It's not hard to communicate if you can't follow through on something and speaks more to your clients than trying to over promise and under sell.

This past year, I needed to buy paperweights for a non-profit organization, and I learned that they had a limited supply of excess acrylic paperweights in various colors including graving. I jumped at those last year and will likely do that again this year. Originally, the business was recommended to by a colleague in Scottsdale, but they ship orders nationwide. Most of my communication typically takes place via email, providing names and details for each award. There was one year that the dimensions of the plaques were wrong and they sent out only name plates, but once I was aware of the issue the business was quick to correct and did not charge me again to re-ship the plaques to the various recipients. ' Once the order has been completed, I usually just have to call to connect with someone in billing to process my payment. I wish they had a better and more secure option to process online since sometimes I will have to play a little phone tag, calling from a different time zone and spending much of my days on conference calls. But someone always calls back quickly so it never drags on too much. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the ease of placing orders and the professionalism that the business exemplifies.
