After literally looking for a couple of years for a contractor to replace T1-11 siding on my house,…read moreI can honestly say I hit the jackpot with Michigan Rose construction. Other contractors didn't want to use T1-11 and many highly suggested vinyl siding or Hardie board. They didn't recognize that customer satisfaction is essential. And I knew what I wanted! Sean, owner of Michigan Rose, came out in a timely manner and communicated with me from start to finish. John and Nathan worked very well together and the job was completed quickly. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned the area around the house making sure there weren't any nails that my dogs might step on.Super guys with a good work ethic and personable. I've had a lot of positive comments from friends and neighbors. Definitely recommend

These guys really knew their stuff and they worked long and hard and did an absolutely stellar job. Communication with Michigan Rose Construction was great. They were always available to answer questions and we enjoyed interacting with the men who were doing the work. We would hire them again for any construction project without hesitation.

Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. Side note - the owner came each day to review the workers progress and the work; provided all the update information. Happy home improvement!!!

Their communication was top-notch: daily progress photos and a heads-up every day about who would be at the house and when. Because this was our only full bath, they made it a priority to get the shower and tub ready to use within 5 days. They also repaired a damaged wall on the exterior side, and when it came to tile, they went to the store and handpick pieces that would match. They helped us find cost-saving alternatives which we really appreciated. They welcomed working with new materials. We wanted porcelain countertop and they were willing to install it. Their attention to detail really shows in the finished bathroom. Highly recommend!

We met Ali in September and right off the bat, he was courteous, friendly, and not pushy. We got an honest opinion, more than honest help, and most importantly a great price for a brand new quality roof that didn't give us a heart attack. His guys that came out and did a great job on the roof and clean up. They worked very efficiently and diligently. Everyone was very professional and CLASS A+ WORK! Mike is your man. I had a unique job to correct some poor decision making on the part of the original builder of my 40 year old home. Mike took a look and provided a couple options- an economical route or one that might be a bit more expensive, but would look great. He called a couple days later and said he has been giving it some thought and if he could get another look, might be able to deliver the the better looking solution, done right, but at the lower price. He came through and got the job done at lower price than I expected and it looks fantastic- the way it should have been done originally. Mike's the man. I now have my go to guy!
