I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

First, even though the tree was partially uprooted, there was no urgency. Second, for a week prior there was no communication. I found out late last week that they would be there Monday. On Monday, I woke up to a mess. 10 people standing in the yard making an absolute mess. Chad, the foreman was condescending and a jerk when I asked what was going on. At any rate, they showed no care and tried to do as little as possible. They left the property looking significantly worse than when they came. There is debris everywhere and now the HOA is bringing a second company in. NEVER HIRE LUCAS. Bad business, Worse business owners. No communication and they just don't care.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. Honestly, I didn't think it would be possible, especially with how windy it was, but when they finished, my pool looked just as clean as it did when they arrived. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm beyond impressed and so glad I waited for his quote. If you're deciding--this is your sign. Hire them. You won't regret it.

I had two trees removed and showed Mike where the sprinkler system was installed and asked they work around it. It was destroyed when they left. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the trees had grown in the past seven years and maybe they had impacted the system. I paid to repair the system. Yesterday I paid $825 to have the trees in my yard trimmed. They took the limbs from the backyard through a breezeway versus the gate in the back and scratched the gate and the house trim. They left debris all over the yard and drug the branches through the yard over shrubbery and dragging ground cover all over leaving bare spots in the are. I called Mike and sent pictures. He sent his tree cutter back out. They picked up the branches I had piled up but never walked the yard to pick up any additional debris. Then the foreman offered to paint my trim if I would get the paint out of the garage. Some of the damage is going to require patching so painting over it is not a remedy. I'm not happy Mike did not think my business was important enough to follow up himself and see what was left in the yard or the damage that was caused by his crew. I'm disappointed and I will be looking for another service next year.
