My motto is you can't trust everyone with your hair, especially when dealing with chemicals. She's a valuable asset to Frangipani, and honestly, I would follow her wherever she goes just to have her color my hair. Shandell is always uber friendly and makes you feel at ease immediately. I've been utilizing this salon since the early 2000s I'm beyond happy to have her as my hairstylist.

She was able to get me in early on a Saturday morning and did such a great job! She is personable, funny, and makes the time fly by. The salon is simple but pretty, and all the women are sweet and personable. They have snacks, coffee, soda, and water for refreshments. There were a constant stream of people coming in for a variety of services, so it was apparent they do well for themselves. When you check in on Yelp, you get $10 off your service! The price of a haircut and color actually ended up being less than what I normally pay, so that was a pleasant and pleasing surprise. Thank you Amanda and Salon Cashmere for such a wonderful job. I spent the entire visit just having a genuine conversation with a wonderful person - laughing and sharing life experiences. I'm extremely grateful I went to The Master's Touch Salon for this part of my treatment journey. They were caring, kind, and compassionate and I highly recommend Elle and this salon. What's more, they didn't even charge me for the visit. I know this isn't a typical salon review as I seemingly had my hair "undone" but any salon and stylist that shows this degree of care and compassion is certainly the kind of place I'd go to again and again.

The style came out beautifully, and they pinned it up with hair clips exactly how I wanted. Just something to keep in mind: if your appointment goes over 30 minutes, there is an additional $15 charge. Overall, I was very happy with the results and thought the service was both affordable and professional.
