We had pet stains on our living room and hallway carpets and Complete Carpet helped us to clear them out. Called them and scheduled an appointment at 10am and their technicians arrived on time. They helped us in moving furniture and removed all the stains that had given our home a bad look. We are happy that our room is now clean, and there are no indications at all that there we pet stains. At beginning we smell some odor after they left but I have called them and asked them about it, they have told me that needs to give it more time to dry out completely. But right now there is no odor as they said and all carpets are fresh like new. I will also be hiring them soon for carpet cleaning! Would recommend them to homeowners in Simi Valley if you need any floor cleaning or related services. Thanks read more

I am happy to have chosen A Complete Carpet Care for my apartment. I wanted to do a deep clean on my apartment before I move in. I was looking for companies around the Simi Valley Area since it is where I am moving to. I went the day that I scheduled to let them in. The employees gave me a very good first impression by being polite and they also explained to me what they were going to work on that day. I left them in the apartment for half an hour while I ran an errand because I trusted them due to the wonderful first impression. I came back and was not disappointed. They had an hour's time when I was gone and completed cleaning the whole 700 square foot apartment. They even set up the giant fans to dry the carpet before they went. I am very happy with how the whole process went. I will be more than happy to spread the word to my friends and family about the wonderful carpet cleaning company. read more

This company does an excellent job! I have had Scott the owner clean our carpets several times over the years. He is friendly, professional, works very hard to get the job done and most importantly my carpets look like they are brand new when he is finished. Another big plus is that his fees are very reasonable. He does expert carpet repair as well. Several years ago we had him repair some carpet that was getting loose and creased. When he was finished with the repair the carpet looked perfect. He's been in business for many years and really knows carpet and how to get the tough stains out and make them look great. The reason I'm writing this review today is because he and his assistant just left my house after another incredible carpet cleaning using their truck mounted machine. I am a totally satisfied customer. When I need carpet cleaning in the future, you can be sure this is the company I will be calling. Scott 805-527-7949 read more

We called Scott at the last minute to repair the wrinkles on our Berber carpet of our recently purchased home. I wanted to get rid of the carpet cause it looked so worn down. I called around and had quotes from a couple of places. For approximately 2000 sq ft, other places quoted me $450 and $750 to repair the carpet. I called Scott and he said he would honor the quote he would give me over the phone. His price was much more reasonable and he was willing to come out the next day to repair the carpet since we were pressed for time. Once Scott arrived, he worked very diligently to repair the carpet. He was so easy going and honest and we liked that about him. Our carpet looks new! It's not 100% wrinkle free but about 95% which is fine with me. He saved me from getting new carpet which would have cost me $8000. If you need carpet repair, definitely call Scott. read more
