We used these guys for a birthday party bus this weekend and were extremely satisfied with their…read moreservice. They didn't do anything extraordinary but they did deliver everything they advertised and when dealing with party bus companies, that in and of itself is notable. Our scheduled pickup time was 9pm and our group began to get antsy around 8:45pm because the bus hadn't arrived or called yet. So, I called the office to get the drivers location and they contacted the driver to confirm his location. After I hung up with office the driver called and again confirmed he was just a few minutes away and did in fact arrive before our pick up time. We'd gotten pictures of the 24 passenger bus before we booked and the bus that arrived was the exact bus in the photos. It was clean and stocked with everything they'd said and the sound system was booming. Crystal clear! Our driver was great too. He communicated with the point person throughout the entire night. When we were calling around to get prices etc. Blue Star was a little higher than majority of the other companies. But when dealing with these types of arrangements I'd much rather pay to have peace of mind than to save a few bucks and have a poor experience. Blue Star was phenomenal and I highly recommend them.

They didn't nickel and dime us for adding an extra stop like the other car service companies were. Making a payment was seamless as well (20% down and full payment 2 days before scheduled service). My family and I flew from the San Francisco Bay Area to Houston Hobby and needed a ride to Galveston to port for a cruise. I contacted 3 different car service companies and decided to go with Top Tier Chauffeur services, out of instinct and I'm so happy I did. The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. I texted him when we got off the ship and he was there within minutes with cold water for each of us. If you know how hot and humid Galveston, TX gets then you know cold water is a treat. Thank you Top Tier Chauffer services. Betty and Kae, thank you for making our ride experience a memorable one! I highly recommend Top Tier if you are looking for a safe and trustworthy car service. Hands down best service and rates in Houston!
