My experience with Anna Peralta was absolutely the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced. She is rude, non-professional and not personable at all. I felt like I was speaking to a celebrity who thought she was all of that and that I needed her. First of all, I am from Ohio, relocating to New York for a legal registered nurse consultant position working with several attorneys and law firms. I had a start date of Dec 1, 2016. I found A Class Reality on line and had been speaking with a young lady by the name of Marcela who seemed to be very helpful. I explained that I would be coming out and wanted to look at a few properties that were of some interest to me. She followed up accordingly, I came out on a weekend (driving 7 hours from Ohio). Once I got there , I never met Marcela. I met Anna Peralta. Her initial response to me was weird. She never addressed me by my name. She asked was I the girl traveling from Ohio. Are you kidding me? Very rude, I waited 20 minutes before she spoke to me again, then we go look at a property, she was opening the wrong unit. Craziness! Then she tells me she has another property to view at 4:00. She made me believe that no one had applied for the apartment and that she would let the landlord know that I was interested. We go back to the office and she tells me she would text me the address to meet her at the property. She never texted me, her assistant was acting weird stating that Anna would be back by 4:00. I was confused at this point. At this time I felt like I was getting the runaround. Finally her assistant took me to 2 properties that were substandard. She wanted to know why I didn't like the places. We went back to the office so she could contact the landlord for the first place I looked at. Then she told me to go down the street and get a money order for 2300. Mind you I don't have a clue where I am and not to mention it was dark. I walked out to head to CVS which was on the corner to purchase a money order. It wasn't 5 minutes later, she called me on the phone and stated that the property was applied for. So she basically sent me on a goose chase! I feel she was upset because I didn't like her viewings and she was not going to receive a commission. This realty company were beyond the most unprofessional group that I ever dealt with! I would not suggest anyone using them as a broker. Anna needs some classes on professionalism, clearly she lacks this! Oh and by the way, she never came back that day, never followed up with me or even called to explain her actions! Not pleased at all. She is a major scammer, please if you read this review take heed to what I am saying, pure scam artist and she is grooming her assistants to follow in her lead especially if she is absent. The young lady that showed me the places was only 21 and she was trying to scam as well. Can you imagine 10 years from now what she will be like? Shaking my head! So sad!
Lesson well learned for me. I usually don't take time out to write reviews because I feel it is a waste of time because people will be people and you can't change them. However, I thought different about this encounter. I felt the need to verbalize what I experienced so hopefully no one else will have to go through this.
I hope Anna reads this review and takes some constructive criticism from it and try to better herself!
