Now that is great customer service as any customer would like to hear that their ideas/visions can come to life. Tony & his crew made our project a top priority. They even re-did our backyard after we decided to add a pool, more cement, & cover. This project was hard work since they had to gut the whole backyard and start over - Yikes! But this was no problem to Tony & his crew. Thanks to Tony's Landscaping, our family has been able to host our family/friends and enjoy many memories with our kids in the backyard. We are forever grateful for the hard work, effort, and dedication Tony & his crew made to make our home an oasis. I want to add that they also did our front yard and we have referred them out to many others who are very happy with the work they've done.

After an only okay experience with a previous contractor that did our paver walkway, we decided to look for someone new. So glad we found Newline Concrete & Pavers!! For our first project with them, we had them put down concrete on a good portion of the yard and it came out GREAT! Loved how the stamped design came out and have received multiple compliments on it. We also really appreciated their attention to detail when it came to grading the entire area and were thankful they suggested our AC condenser unit be elevated to ensure water wouldn't pool around it. It was something we hadn't even thought of and were glad to have brought to our attention. When we were ready to tackle the second portion of our yard, we called up Newline again! This time, we had artificial turf with concrete curbing, DG, and a concrete slab for a future shed put down. The end result is fantastic and we're quite happy with how everything turned out. Their crew for both projects always arrived on time and left the area clean after each work day. The communication was excellent throughout both projects and the crew always checked in with us if questions came up to ensure the project was coming along as we envisioned. We also found their pricing to be very competitive, so value for their services has been top notch. Overall, we are more than happy with Newline and will surely continue to use them for our future yard projects!

Anyhow; I have dealt with a few companies in the past and was Nothing short from either disastrous or problematic. I was surprised to encounter a professional group of guys who were not only respectful to the job site, homeowners and were early risers hitting the ground running. They knocked out a lot daily tasks for such a tremendous amount of work. As you can see; my backyard was highly neglected. From having issues with dog digging up my water lines to just giving up. It wasn't until I decided to invest in some peace of mind on pavers and a concrete wall (neighbors you're welcome on the massive increase I've gifted you) but more so Securing a private compound for my family. It was then that I decided to start with the pavers project adding on that concrete wall thereafter. Although it wasn't the cheapest (but CERTAINLY NOT expensive) as many other companies in the area quoted me; I believe Jose provided me with a good fair price considering the amount of stone involved. After experiencing their professionalism, time and work ethic within a couple days into the project, I knew I made the right choice. Sal kept the Rhythm of this project moving forward showing leadership and sense of urgency. Beginning the day at 7-7:30, these gents were on it!! Every day they left, I saw progression. This is always one of the most important factors for any homeowner. Get it done quick BUT efficiently. Along the lines with jobs of this caliber, things can get damaged. Some small stuff was inadvertently damaged and immediately SAL took ownership and fixed the problem. There was no discussion or blame. Accountability was top priority. I honestly would have ended my review in 2-4 lines but these guys are worth giving detail for. I never experienced workers coming at the time they said they would be there (daily) and truly work while making sure they kept it tidy for the next day. As I said to Sal and Jose, I would be more than happy to be a reference if they ever need it. I am so convinced that if something went wrong with my finished project (even weeks after) they would come out to fix it to make sure it's done right. That's the type of company and guys you're hiring for your next project. Guys that care about their work, quality and reputation as a leaders in this field.
