Please, report this business which is harassing me. This goes beyond any reason. This guy defrauded me unbeknownst to me. And was paid in full for his fraud. Bad experience!!! When I called to make an appointment for a quote I did not even get that far he was first of all very rude and he was very annoying in the sense of he did not want to give me his name when the caller i.d. said his name as mr. P. Stolles and he was saying he does not need my money. All I know is he must disrespect people were ever he goes he acts unrealistic and does not know customer service skills by simply disagree and walk away. Please do not use this company because he cares is how to line his pockets with people's money he acts like a real devil with his devilish assumptions and bad stench of bad service. I have own homes with pools and have had numerous pool men that have cleaned them. Mr. Stolles and his lovely wife are the best. They are always there as they promised and do an excellent job of maintaining our pool and its equipment. We've had them for over two years and our pool was always swim ready. They also installed a new pool filter during that time and our pool has never looked so good before. They are the best and we could feel the pride they had in their work every time we looked at our pool. We have now moved to another County, and one of the things I told my realtor as we were buying, was that I'm going to miss Mr. Stolles and his wife, because they have been the best I have had. Mr. Stolle is a gem. He had installed a motor and impeller for us 6 years back so when our pump failed to turn on I called Stolles Best of Pool Service. Paul and his wife have "babied" our family pool twenty years. They are always on top of any issues we have. They come out even when it is not their normal day for service. We are a rarity that our family, including grandchildren, use our pool all of the time. Paul has replaced old equipment with a state of the art pumps, filters and an efficient heater. Unlike my previous pool people, Paul is familiar with my equipment and can anticipate or diagnose any issues. I first met Paul on a Saturday morning when water appeared in my basement as the result of an old, leaking pool pump outside my house. I called my pool guy and left a message, but after a while with no call back, and as it was an urgent situation, I started cold-calling pool guys in the area. Paul re-arranged his schedule, came to my house, and got the leak stopped. I subsequently hired him to replace the pump and maintain the pool and have been very happy with the service. I hired Paul to install a new heater. He also told me my pump was 40 years old and needed to be replaced, even though it worked okay. The Stolle team came out Saturday at 10am and went to work. By about 4pm the work was done and my system has never performed better. The new pump was a good call-- it's far more efficient and quieter than the old one. I really liked Paul and his wife Maria. They are very good at what they do, hard-working and experienced and super-friendly! When he hit a snag with the wiring on the installation, he had resources available to find solutions and get the job done. Why am I not giving him 5 stars? A couple of minor nit-picks: I noticed the little cover over the heater's control pad got rather badly scraped in the installation, and I feel the price for the install was a little on the high side-- but nonetheless I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call on them again for service! read more
