We still had water coming in so took the van back to him. He tried to fix the leak again. We still had water coming in and took it back. Did not want to pay again for having the same repairs. So the third time he said they fixed the leaks. We then discovered that he had sealed the air vent shut for some reason? We had to cut the purposeful drips he put around the vent just to open it so we could have an air vent. We feel this was done in spite. Poor business practice. Photo shows how the drips were purposely placed around the vent so it could not open.

They charged me $861.60 for a stove I can buy for $399 online. I have asked them for a receipt and the warranty papers and they just ignored me. I asked them to just use the warranty and they told me it was to much work and they don't do them. I asked them to just put in a new one and the said it probably wouldn't work either. It was a DOMETIC model #50447. They just left me with a stove that doesn't.

When switching drivers at dusk we noticed there were no lights working in the back. We had to pull over ASAP and stay as it was too dangerous to continue. The next day we got it fixed. Since we were 200 miles away it was impossible to return to Curtis for repair. When I called my sales contact she said she would look into it. That's the last I've heard from them. Since then repair cost us over $200 I expected Curtis to reach out with something but they haven't. This looks like a classic example of a "Sunset Guarantee".
