Here is how they handled my valuable, vintage property: Repeated Warnings: I asked my service rep, Jo Petit, on three separate occasions to save the original parts, noting their high value to vintage collectors. Unauthorized Disposal: Jo failed to tell the service team. When I went to pick up my trailer, the only part left was the interior face plate. Zero Accountability: I contacted general manager Tim Timmermann about the mistake, and he refused to compensate me for the valuable, lost components. If you ask for your original functioning parts back, make sure to write explicit, binding instructions to this service department. Needless to say, I can't recommend their service dept for anything as their QC doesn't seem to amount to much.
