We dropped it off on a Monday and were told it would be looked at within a day or two. After several calls for updates, we were not told until Friday that they were finally getting to it. The technician initially said they could not locate the generator, even though I explained where it was when I dropped the motorhome off. They later implied that the difficulty locating it was the reason for the delay. In the end, the issue was simply a loose battery terminal. We were charged more than $420 for this repair, and were blamed for not telling them where the generator was located. However, when they did locate the generator--while on the phone with me--they ran it for only about two minutes and told me it was fine to come pick up the motorhome. I am very disappointed with both the communication and the service we received.

Great Experience…read more.. We have a 2012 Chevy Equinox we wanted to turn into a dinghy for our 97 Vogue V '38 Class 'A' Diesel Pusher. Months earlier we had purchased the Blue Ox Ascent tow bar, the Equinox front mounting plate, and the wiring harness... Then we learned that this was something we shouldn't install ourselves. That's when we learned that other vendors don't want to be bothered with pre-purchased gear. Uhaul, Curtis, and others just didn't want the task of installing our equipment. That's when we learned of Todd's. Tiffany and Todd are the best. They worked with us, created a relatively early appointment (no - "we'll pencil you in 10 weeks from now"), and they got the ball running. They also recommended that we install a Roadmaster 9100 air brake controller for our Equinox (we thought we could skip that), and they allowed us to camp in our RV all day long while they did the work (with our generator and AC running the whole time). Todd is a great guy who knows his stuff. Vlad (I hope I got that right) was assisting, and he was very knowledgeable as well.
