I gave him a list of repairs needed and he meticulously inspected and repaired all of them. In the process he found an array of things that needed fixed for safety reasons. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, He always called me and asked before doing anything that was not on the original estimate. I felt confident in his knowledge and trusted him to be fair (his assistant Linda is also knowledgeable and helpful). Paul probably saved me from a terrible accident by discovering that my Trailer Frame was cracked in 2 places. I now have a very safe and functional RV that I feel secure towing and camping with. I will always rely on him for my repairs.

I read reviews and called around to a couple rv dealers (those that did not have repair shops) to see who they recommended. American was recommended by several so I went with them. Bottom line: quick turn around (lucky it was not spring when everyone is looking for work to be done), incredible person / friendly service, and most of all I am amazed how they could open up the roof and back wall and return it to a condition that no one could tell that it was ever damage. They far exceeded my expectations.

We could not get the jacks up to take the rig to Camping World, so we made an appt with Todd H. He said he was to busy to get to us until Wednesday, so we made an appt for 10:00 on Wednesday. 10:00 rolls around and nothing. So I sent him a text and asked if he was still going to make the 10:00 APPOINTMENT. He forgot who we were and said he had a more important person to take care of first that didn't have heat or electric. I asked why he made an appt with us then, and he said that's just how the business goes. Someone else needed him that was more important, according to Todd. He ended the conversation with just call my competitors.

Drew up a detailed list of what maintenance items the coach needed, along with estimated prices for him to do the work, and noted which things he'd refer to someone with more specialized knowledge - i.e. he mostly works on the "coach" part of an RV and knows those systems inside and out, and would refer you to a "chassis" specialist for the underlying "truck" part of the coach. I'll definitely be using Hanberg Mobile for the things that he handles that are on the 'punchlist' for the coach.
