If I buy a vehicle from Copart, located in the state that I reside, I was told by their staff , that even if it has a clean title,I could not register the vehicle.Their fine print reads "for export only".How r people buying and registering them?

Vehicles marked "Export only" Can not be registered in the United States. Export only means what it says.

I was working with Donald and right from the beginning he was very helpful. I gave him a list of cars that I wanted to see online and he was very knowledgeable about each one and looked for more information if he was less familiar. It costs about 40 bucks more than an oil change. The day before I dropped it off, I changed my cabin and engine filters. After the thorough inspection, was told everything was good, except my engine and cabin filters were filthy (exact words, he even said he personally saw them). I walked the guy out to my car and pulled the engine air filter out in front of him, showed him it was brand new. He just looked at me and said, "sometimes we just recommend them because we gotta recommend something". I don't believe they did any inspection. Head of service sent me an email the next day asking if there's anything they could improve on. I sent him a detailed email, he never responded. I'm done with this place.

These features include Auto Start, Seat & Steering Wheel Warming etc. In addition, vehicles with On-Star tracks your driving habits and sell that information to insurance companies effecting you Auto Insurance Rates. It is ridiculous once you purchase a vehicle with these features you can not use them after a month and then find out you need to pay a monthly subscription. Making matters worse On-Star and similar companies are tracking your driving behavior and locations. We recommend before purchasing a vehicle look into these practices.

I just moved to the state and was working with someone who was actually interrogating me on my…read moreservices that were performed in the state that I lived in. I bought my NEW Mercedes in 2017 and it was a 2018. with 44 miles on it when I drove it home - every year I've taken the car to the dealership to get all the services A and Bs whatever for the first 7 years. I had my proof paperwork packed in my boxes I felt like the advisor implied - I changed the service indicator because he couldn't find anything In the MB records. At this particular dealership, the advisor came out in a crowded waiting room and interrogated me on all the services that I had had done. They were not in his system - so I asked him what was he implying.? he said he can't find them in the MB system - so that is not my issue. I read the Tuscan and I pay. . If the Mercedes-Benz dealership didn't enter it into the system in the state I moved from - it is not my issue. I told him I look at the screen and I take it in for service. The car is 8 years old this year in December and I only have a little over 35,000 miles on it. I have not missed a service appointment I actually tell them in my MB Review comments - I felt like I was interrogated on what's reading on my dash screen for what service needs to be performed in a crowded room. I' receive a response back from the Service Manager - , saying "thank you for asking questions". What questions do you have? It was obvious it was an AI response. I responded if you were reading my comments, you know that I didn't have a question, I had a complaint . He responded again. "We better talk about this on the phone" - yet nobody called me and then the next response I get is - we need to know more about the questions you want answer. I blocked the email address and unsubscribed it was in an AI or an actual Wilmington Mercedes-Benz loop and I don't have time to work with or give my money to companies who don't respect their customers or their complaints l. If I'm going to be interrogated in a crowded waiting room, and I just moved to the state, I will drive as far as I can to find the nearest professional - customer centered Mercedes-Benz dealership. Bryan Krantz was the best part about this place and he was not my advisor. He just got me started in the system because my "so called" advisor was not initially there.

Here is a revised version including your point about scheduling:…read more I had a generally good experience with Audi Wilmington. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The dealership is clean and well organized, and overall the process felt straightforward. I did have some difficulty with scheduling my Audi service. They didn't automatically offer other options that might have been available, such as scheduling on a different day when a loaner car could be provided. That said, I learned it's helpful to ask directly about loaner availability when setting an appointment. Overall, the team was courteous and helpful, and I would consider working with them again in the future.

The splashguard on my 2018 Audi Q5 was damaged but repairable. I called a local mechanic who said…read morethey repaired these guards all the time. Still, I took it to Wilmington Audi figuring that is what they specialized in. There, I was told it could not be repaired. They said the cost to repair was $1,050 but offered to do it for $950 stating that it was the cost of the splashguard and that they would throw in the labor for free. In addition, they tore off a part of the splashguard in an obvious attempt to force me to return for a new one. I went back to the local mechanic who laughed at the $950 charge. When we researched the cost of a splashguard, we found that we could get one for much less than $100. We bought one and the local mechanic replaced the old one for free. I love my Q5 but will never return Wilmington Audi.
