They offer great rates and will generally work with whatever you have to get the job done. Michael is easy going, friendly and knowledgeable. He makes you feel comfortable in your decision to use this company. The convenience of not having to drive downtown is also 2 thumbs up! Once all the paperwork is signed-its a pretty fast release process. The only thing I can say I was a little leary about was a contract stating that as a signer on someone's bond, you could be criminally charged if said person missed court. I'm not sure why they have this implicated but I called my trusted lawyer, Mr. Dees, and found it to be a "scare" tactic. They just want to do honest business with honest people. I can respect that. Thanks, Michael!!

Trying to get answers was even worse than the original situation. When I called to ask about my refund, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.
