I would definitely recommend Abacus bail bonds over any bonds company in Houston! Gigi the main contact was nothing but helpful anytime I called & had any questions about my court date, payments or checking in. She and Spencer were also very helpful while at the courthouse. This was all new to me so I am very thankful for their guidance. I also got to meet the owner, Chris and speak with him personally. He too went above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, if you're in need of a bonding company Abacus Bail Bonds is the only way to go! Again, thank you Gigi, Spencer & Chris for making a stressful and scary situation a "positive" one! You guys rock!

Don't let the small portable building fool you--this is a legitimate, professional business. Sylvia answered my first call, and then the next, and the next. No matter how many questions I had, she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She patiently walked me through all the paperwork, explained the process, and assured me she would take it from there. And she absolutely did. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate during a stressful situation. I'm hoping I never need a bail bond company again, but if I do, HTown Bail Bonds will be my first call. I highly recommend Sylvia and the team at HTown Bail Bonds.

Trying to get answers was even worse than the original situation. When I called to ask about my refund, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.
