The women who have helped us have always been super nice and very efficient. My eyebrows look great when I leave - cleaned and shaped slightly - and it takes less than 10 minutes. I also have more sensitive skin so I end up with some redness/bumps - they started applying an aloe gel right after that helped so much. My husband's eyebrows are always great as well!
