Very, very, very unreliable. He was going to replace a deck and attach a second to our pool. We contacted him in April assuming it would be done by pool season. My wife has a disability and can't use a pool ladder so we wanted a deck built right up to the pool so she could use it. He came to check what we wanted on 4/29/17. Told us he would give an estimate in a couple of days. Two weeks later he gave the estimate. We figured ok he's getting busy. We agreed he'd do the work. He said he would do it in may. He never showed up. We called weekly to see when he would be available for our project. He would not answer our calls and the occasional times he did he always had an excuse why he hadn't started ours yet. Finally in June he answered one of our calls and said I'm finishing up on a project and your next. Two weeks later he calls and said his project took longer then expected, he hurt his back and he had two big projects to do so he could not do our deck. Funny he hurt his back but could still do the big projects and not ours. Now it's late June and we have to find another contractor. Very unhappy with his work ethic. If he didn't want to do our project he should have told us upfront and not lead us on until now. Would not recommend him to anyone! read more
