Went to pick up the title for my boat trailer, the notary was late, Andy literally ran down the road to get the notary signature so I could get to the motor vehicle administration, in Frederick, on time! 2. My boat conked out in the middle of Lake Marburg. I called F&S and they talked me through troubleshooting the motor. That didn't work so Bob came out, hooked up my boat to his boat, towed me to shore, put my boat on my trailer, called his staff too alert them of me coming in for emergency service, pulled in the lot and before I could even get out of the car people were on the back of the boat trying to fix it. 3. Many times I have asked if I needed something that was suggested that I should purchase. Bob has said that I can sell you that but you don't need it! THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE!!! 4. You are a person to them not a number. They take the time to get to know you!

Joe was the one who helped us and explained each jet ski that we were interested in. He was very nice to work with and got us all set up with everything that we needed. We went back less than a week later and started the buying process. We got a jet ski and trailer, life jackets and some cool extras and it was an enjoyable process. We worked with Taylor and another lady (I wish I knew her name - she was so great and funny) with the signing contracts and getting all of the paperwork done. They explained everything very well and took about 10 minutes. Overall - my boyfriend and I highly recommend Jim's Anchorage. They have everything and anything that you would need. We will definitely be going back there while we take our camping trips to Seven Points and Lake Raystown!

I put a deposit down and was told they would get the boat ready for me. Today I called and said I was ready to pick up the boat when would it be ready? The salesman who had assured me he would get the boat ready after taking my deposit informed me that he hadn't even ordered the motor yet. Then told me, he never told me he would get the boat ready, not really sure, but why would I give you money down on a boat if you weren't going to sell it to me? Needless to say I went and got my money, at least I think? it hasn't shown up in my account yet, and went to Bass Pro Shop where I ordered another one and got it in writing that it will be here on Tuesday. Thanks Archie at Bowers for flat out lying to my face. You will never have to worry about getting another penny of my money. And I hope all of my friends and family go else where as well.
