When I arrived I was greeted by Lauren. The space was clean with minimal decor and the aroma soothed my senses. I completed a quick intake and headed upstairs for my session. I didn't know what to expect but Lauren guided me every step of the way. The room was warm and inviting. The air filled with a calming aroma and red light. She explained the process and she was very knowledgeable and personable. She took great care of answering my questions and even sharing how she got into the health and wellness field, which I appreciated. She truly took the time to make me feel comfortable.
