I booked this company for a special occasion and small revisions to timing were not accommodated in any way. Wanting to adjust the time of my booking by 15 minutes (with 3 weeks advance notice) I was threatened by the staff to lose the total booking value (deposit + fare) even though they effectively cancelled my booking. This is not a professional business - steer clear of them!!!
