The side door of the van was a problem during the day and would not close properly. I discussed both these points with ABC after returning the van and was told they would estimate the cost of the repairs for the bumps (no apologies for the faulty door) and let me know what the cost would be. I didn't received any phone calls but did receive a bill for £398 and a deduction which they had already deducted from my card! This bill also included a fee of £6 for low diesel when the van was filled to the brim at a garage 2 minutes drive away. I cannot recommend this company at all. Look elsewhere if you can.

I booked this company for a special occasion and small revisions to timing were not accommodated in any way. Wanting to adjust the time of my booking by 15 minutes (with 3 weeks advance notice) I was threatened by the staff to lose the total booking value (deposit + fare) even though they effectively cancelled my booking. This is not a professional business - steer clear of them!!!
