We recently hired a can to use to move and on booking they were helpful…read more Unfortunately the van received a bump during the day resulting in 2 small dents measuring an inch each in diameter. The side door of the van was a problem during the day and would not close properly. I discussed both these points with ABC after returning the van and was told they would estimate the cost of the repairs for the bumps (no apologies for the faulty door) and let me know what the cost would be. I didn't received any phone calls but did receive a bill for £398 and a deduction which they had already deducted from my card! This bill also included a fee of £6 for low diesel when the van was filled to the brim at a garage 2 minutes drive away. I cannot recommend this company at all. Look elsewhere if you can.
