My experience of car rental companies to date had been so so at best. I was stunned that they called me within about 5 minutes of my insurance company approving the rental to me over the phone. They offered to collect me from my house as they knew that my vehicle was not roadworthy and when I got there, they offered me a choice of vehicles. They told me that a set rental had been agreed with my insurance company but that they would liaise with the vehicle repairers and extend my rental as necessary. When I spoke to them on the phone and when they showed me round the vehicle they were incredibly thorough and professional. All car rental companies should be like this.

I received a very warm welcome which was so appreciated as I was very stressed. The Son of the company was a complete star, polite, helpful, informative and speedy everything was explained to me in easy to follow detail and within a very short space of time I was mobile again! I had the car for 3 days at a much more competitive rate than the other company were offering without having to pay a deposit just credit card security hold, no excessive excess fees and when I returned the car I received an equally friendly welcome and was even driven back to my garage free of charge by a lovely guy whom shared a touching storey with me. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely family run business to anyone and incidentally should you have to extend the duration of your 3 day hire the cost is so reasonable, great company.

The Peugeot 3008 was a very comfortable car in like-new condition and we had no issues with it whatsoever. We will rent from them every time we come to England. My intial enquiry was dealt with very efficently, and I arrived early on the day of collection to find that the paperwork was ready, the van was ready and I was on the road within 10 minutes. Their Gatwick premises were immaculate, and the hire fleet were in a similar condition - I did not see a vehicle that was over a year old, or other than pristine. Upon return - which was out of hours - the facilities to leave the van and keys was effortless, and I received an email from them early the next day - Sunday - confirming that they were happy with the condition that the van was returned in. I did not have any preconceived ideas of what to expect when hiring a van, however Mercedes / Audi levels of efficency and customer service, and an immaculate hire fleet was far beyond my expectations - and they were the cheapest too. I can't recommend them highly enough! 11 out of 10 stars.

We brought our GPS(Satellite Navigator) from the US and couldn't get it to work in the UK and we were willing to purchase this from Enterprise but Nick helped us to set up and it worked fine. We rented the car for 10 days and on the 9th day, we had a small puncture with a nail. We called Enterprise and they directed us to their tire place and they fixed it free. Have used rental car services before but this place really is number 1 for customer service. Very impressed and will be using them when I am in Ashford again.

On return the staff were prompt to get us checked out and on our way back to the airport. Very happy with the car , very clean and in excellent condition. As with all car rentals, it is always good to take a few quick photos before you accept vehicle.
