After been let down by a car hire company in Worthing I was stranded at my mechanic's garage as my car had failed it's MOT, I was kindly offered a lift and driven to Pavilion by my MOT man on his recommendation. I received a very warm welcome which was so appreciated as I was very stressed. The Son of the company was a complete star, polite, helpful, informative and speedy everything was explained to me in easy to follow detail and within a very short space of time I was mobile again! I had the car for 3 days at a much more competitive rate than the other company were offering without having to pay a deposit just credit card security hold, no excessive excess fees and when I returned the car I received an equally friendly welcome and was even driven back to my garage free of charge by a lovely guy whom shared a touching storey with me. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely family run business to anyone and incidentally should you have to extend the duration of your 3 day hire the cost is so reasonable, great company. read more
