When I asked why the bill was so high, I was told that my sandwich choice was not included in the deal, even though it does not state this on the back of the coupon and even though I asked beforehand if it was included. Another McDonald's employee came over and made the excuse that the cashier was new and offered to add to our order the burger that was allowed as part of the deal without refunding the extra money. When I got home I found that they had switched the burger I wanted and paid for for the included with deal burger. Everything was cold by then and we paid double for something we had not wanted or ordered. Might just as well not offer coupons if you're not going to honour them.
