The man prepped my bread, meats and cheese, and then put it in the toaster, since I asked to have it toasted. Then he cashed out the lady ahead of me. Then I saw him change his gloves before he came back and finished preparing my sandwich. I wished all restaurants followed these practices. Bravo! The sandwich was cut in half, and I ate half and brought the rest home to my husband, who also thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint, and it's totally on me for choosing the toppings, but it was a bit too salty with the black olives, pickles, eggplant AND sun-dried tomatoes.
