Label the Damn Burgers - Basic Food Safety Ignored…read more March 2026 Ordered 4 burgers for takeout. They showed up completely unlabeled. One of those burgers was vegetarian and of course, also not labeled. So now what? Guessing games with food? Risking eating meat because someone couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum? It does not take a genius to label burgers. It takes 30 seconds and a marker. The fact that this wasn't done says everything. If you're a vegetarian, do not eat here. They clearly don't care about takeout orders, they don't care about dietary needs, and they sure as hell don't care about the $25 you just spent. Label the burgers. This is basic. Do better.

Carl's jr is flame broiled and if not mistaken, made to order. In other words , it's not sitting in some warm oven in a tray drying up like Mother Hubbard. I've never been to Carl's and after work I was hungry enough and didn't want to cook. I got the western burger which has bacon , onion rings , cheese and two patties ... The place was pretty clean and service was quick. Good burger... Ohh and when you get the receipt, fill out the survey and you get a second FAMOUS STAR burger free when you purchase one . .. hey who doesn't like a 2 for 1 dealm The burger was pretty good .. a bit messy but then again.. it's like ribs.. it's supposed to be!

Can go to a sit-down restaurant/pub and get 2 full, better meals for same price or even less. Bad food - 1 burger was very dry and tasted mass manufactured like Wendy's or something, other burger was overly drenched in BBQ sauce, and onion rings were bland. Poor service - the manager over charged us, when confronted about it she argued and argued to the point of being rude. Only refunded half of overcharged amount. Please don't scam me to my face when the correct prices are literally right above your head on the massive sign. Will never go back here. Don't understand how they're still in business when Five Guys and Wayback have much better food and are about 40% less expensive. Wayback is just down 97 ST, should've gone there instead.

We barely had dug into our free peanuts when our number was called and our order was up! Maybe we got lucky and went on a slow night but I was impressed and how quickly everything was made and to order. Now, it's not a cheap night out for fries and a burger for sure. It was over $60 for 5 of us and note that we shared 2 large fries between us (no worries - there are enough fries in the bag to make up another whole order). And, while it appears to have a veggie option on the menu there is NO PATTY on the veggie burger - it's just the vegetables from the fixings menu which is a little deceiving. I know it's a burger joint but sometimes you are there for the kids and mum would like a different option. The other reason I'm only giving this place 3 stars is because I was freezing while I ate. I understand the workers have to stay cool while they are cooking but that means the customers are freezing while they eat. This is the second time I've been to this location and frozen while I've eaten my meal.

The lettuce was really soggy/slimey. If I had to wait 15 minutes, one could assume that it would be really hot and fresh. It wasn't.
